Bought a very affordable used washer and dryer. The washer had a banging issue and they replaced it under warranty within a couple days. Very professional and nice folks. My girlfriend and I recommend them highly.

Drove 45mins to get a heating element for my dryer but the owner wasn’t there. All good though, I called him and he had his family meet me at the shop with the exact part I needed. Glad to see small businesses like this still going the extra mile!

Didn't actually have them come out to repair because he walked me through some options on the phone. Very friendly, super helpful and felt very genuine.

Inquired about a broken dishwasher latch. Send over the model and make, Cain replied promptly with an estimate. A+

I called integrity one morning when my glass stovetop shattered just before listing my house on the market. Cain had the exact replacement stove I needed and installed it THAT same evening. He was professional and didn't cut corners on the install he stayed until almost 8pm to be sure it was right. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. Thanks again!

Cain had the exact parts I needed and lent me his own washer nut tool. He gave me some installation advice, and even showed me how to do it on an old machine he had. I was able to install the parts and he didn't charge me to use the tool. Also has a nice selection of used appliances.

I run a nonprofit and one of the folks we serve was having issues with her washer. I called Integrity Appliance and Cain answered right away. I explained the situation, told him I would be responsible for payment and could he please call to schedule a time to check out the washer. He immediately contacted her, went out and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I called at 4:21pm and the washer was fixed at 5:17pm. We will definitely be using Cain and Integrity Appliance again in the future!

Cain came out and quickly figured out the problem. Based on what I told him, it may have been a $500 problem. Once he looked at it, he would only charge the service call. He could have played around and gotten a lot more money. Instead, he was honest about it. Respect Sir!!! I tipped $25 for being honest, and I'll keep calling him in the future. Much respect.

Cain doubled up a leaky freezer and am oven relay. Took two days for him to receive the new board and he was out here the next day. Great communication and solid technique, topped off with a very reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend!

Always a great service abd good prices on appliances

Cain was the only technician that picked up my phone call on the day before July 4th holiday this year. I am so thankful for him. Because he was able to make it out that evening, we understood what caused my appliance to leak (it wasn't even the appliance, we found the hose was improperly installed). He is quick, courteous, and an all around great guy. I highly recommend his services if you need any appliance help!

Cain answered my phone calls and text messages after being referred by earth appliance, and my dryer shorted and filled the room with smoke. He sent me some pictures, I picked out a dryer that works good and is affordable, and it was installed the next day! Cain is the reason my week went from really kind of awful, to really pretty great! Cain took my call the first time and was able to come out the next day. He quoted me a price over the phone and arrived on time and did a thorough job. There were no hidden fees. He also took the time to explain the issue as well as ways to better maintain my appliance to ensure its longevity. Polite, Prompt, Professional Service. There was a bit of confusion about the address (probably my fault) which caused some delay with the appointment, but Cane came to my place and fixed my washer even though I told him the wrong brand on the phone. He had the part and even kept price near what I was told on the phone. He did a good job and was reasonably and fairly priced. I am happy with the service I was provided. I would recommend this small business.
