We recently had some pretty extensive duct re-routing done by Chase Heating & Cooling and the experience was great all-around. From the estimate visit to the email correspondence and billing and performing the actual work, everything was smooth, easy and painless.

Paul came and did an estimate visit very early on in the remodel process and was patient in hearing out what work we had in mind, and was flexible in coming up with a new duct-layout for the part of the house we were reconfiguring. We got estimates from two other HVAC companies as well, and Chase was very fair with their estimate, and in the end, we picked Chase because the estimate/intake experience was so pleasant-- we're glad we did!

When it came time to do the work, Paul and Brett were on-time and ready to work. They had allotted two days to complete the work, and they knocked it out in one day-- it was impressive, and the work looked great. They were super tidy and polite, and were respectful of COVID-safe protocols (wore masks, socially distanced, etc.)

Overall we had a great experience with Chase, and I would be happy to work with them in the future, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else looking to have HVAC work done. Thanks to everyone over at Chase!

Paul and the fantastic installation crew did an amazing job on our mini split install. Had a large unit with 4 heads installed on the main house and a smaller unit with one head installed on my outbuilding/office. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. The crew were very respectful and professional. I will use them again and would recommend them 100%

Great experience from scheduling with their dispatch to our repair from the technician. Each step, Chase was well above my expectations. Jason, the technician, fixed my AC in about 30 minutes, thoroughly explained what he was seeing with great expertise and provided us with lots of options for our needs. Definitely highly satisfied.

My contractor advised me to use Chase Heating & Cooling to replace the existing 34 year old HVAC system in the home I purchased the end of April, 2023. The technician went over all my options and we decided on a heat pump with AC and heater. We also upgraded the attic fan. The install took less than 2 days and the system is working beautifully. I just got my first electric bill ($120) for a 2800sf home !!! I couldn't believe it. This company is nothing but quality, all around. I will definitely use Chase to also maintain the system over the years.

Brett and Paul just installed a new York system in our house. We've only had it 3 days, but we love how comfortable our house is now. Brett and Paul were wonderful installers and we highly recommend them. Brett was very thorough in explaining everything to us.

We received 4 bids to replace our 1913 oil furnace (!!!) with either a central heat pump system or mini-multi splits from 4 different local companies with good reviews. Ultimately, it was easy for us to choose Chase because:
They offered excellent, detailed quotes for each option.
They took the time to talk about the location of air handling unit, the exterior heat pump unit, and the location of all the vents or split units so we would understand what the final product we live with will be like.
They worked with us to locate vents in our basement that would allow us to save room for a future remodel.
They understood our goal of maintaining a separate unit for our upstairs which is only 5 years old.
They did not try to upsell us on an oversized system (which Jacobs definitely tried to do).
They added a service to remove the ancient furnace.

Our bid, installation, and completion dates were all on time and within the bid. Paul is very approachable and has a crew that can tackle minor issues that might come up dealing with adjacent plumbing, electrical, etc. I work in the energy efficiency and climate change field and appreciate that Paul and Jennifer are knowledgeable about the efficiency of various options and treated my energy and building expertise with respect. This was not true of other HVAC companies that gave us low-quality bids. I have been recommending Chase to everyone I know.

We have had the York central heat pump system in operation for the last month and feel Chase did an excellent job at the installation. It is important for homeowners to understand what the experience of heat pump systems will be vs. natural gas furnaces (note, natural gas burns clean but extracting it is terrible for the environment) or vs. electric baseboard heaters (click click click). Heat pumps are eligible for rebates for low-income households and tax credits for high-income households and Chase helped with information about this too. When you have done your research and know you want to go with a heat pump, call Chase!

Chase Heating and Cooling is the best company for any/all HVAC needs. Paul was very thorough and knowledgeable and treated us with utmost dignity and respect. I highly recommend Chase! Awesome service!

I’ve been very pleased with the service we continue to receive from Chase Heating & Cooling since we had them put a new system in the home we bought in July 2020. Bret was here again last week for our Fall tune-up. The report he provided afterwards confirms what Chase has done & gives me confidence that we’ll get heat in the winter months & cool air during our hot summer months- & that we’re doing so efficiently! I’m very pleased we picked Chase Heating & Cooling!

I contacted Chase after receiving one of their advertisements in the mail and I'm so glad I did! They were extremely professional, offered competitive rates, and offered creative problem solving solutions. They were also able to turn around the install of a new furnace in an extremely short amount of time. Highly recommend!!

Brett & Emily came out same day and fixed my furnace. They were extremely professional & friendly. I highly recommend Chase! They also installed our air conditioning unit a while back. They're really fantastic. I cannot praise them enough.

Great service provided both times Brett did maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning!! After he showed me photos of the various parts he checked & cleaned— this documenting & reviewing with customer is so helpful! The scheduler and technician were hard working and courteous. We love our a/c -heat pump from Chase! Paul and crew were pros during installation and Kellie and Jennifer are super helpful in the office, answering my questions and keeping me on track with filters and annual maintenance. We highly recommend them!

We had an issue with vent that connects to the furnace. It made noise when it was windy. We also needed to get it fixed as soon as possible, since we were renting out our house very soon.
I called Chase Heating & Cooling and they fit me in within a few days.
Paul came and explained throughly what was happening and what needs to be done. On the way out he visited our elderly neighbors that he did work for and checked in with them. He didn't have to do that. It was nice to see he cared.
When the workers showed up they were very professional and left the house and the attic door clean, which I appreciated.
Jennifer from the office coordinated everything so smoothly. I also got a smaller window time and heads up when the workers were on the way.

We had our new heat pump and furnace put in today, a one day install. The heat pump is super quiet and we look forward to more efficient results. There is more air moving through the duct work.
Paul arrived on time and the service was great, a hard working team.
