Tyler came out quickly to work on our garbage disposal. He replaced the old one with a new one and his quality of service and his professionalism was above and beyond great. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone we know.

We have had Tyler come to our rented home more than once. Unfortunately it's an old house and he was very good at showing me the camera views and explaining what the problem is. He is very thorough and willing to work with us as this has been an ongoing problem. I definitely recommend OC Drain for your basic plumbing needs.

Tyler was absolutely a life saver. We just got all our flooring replaced and none of the plumbers were avaliable. He was willing to shove me into his schedule and knew I had four kiddos. He was so kind and professional. He even was willing to run to home depot and install my pedestal sink. I could not be more grateful. I know who we will be calling again. I had a drainage issue (yes, that means sewer) and after renting the snake at Home Depot, which only bought us a week or so -- it was time to bring in a pro. Tyler is AMAZING! He brought out all of his equipment and worked and worked until we had no other choice but to consider it was a problem caused by the recent water line replacement project. I'm fortunate to live in Oregon City so the city takes responsibility for any trouble beyond my curb, so my plumbing costs will be reimbursed. (The OC public works guys have also been great, btw.) Tyler charges fairly and is honest and hardworking -- I recommend him to anyone in that truly awful space of needing help with sewer issues.

We had a major backup due to wipes being put down toilet, and have a old house with old plumbing, Tyler came out and didn’t stop till he got it running freely he was happy and courteous about all of the things he tried, 4 hours later, he completely cleared the clog, things running smoothly, this guy was diligent about fixing this mess we had and never complained, he told us he’s not leaving till we get it all running freely. I would and will recommend him to anyone…. Just so happy he didn’t give up, thanks Tyler. Such a nice guy with a GREAT work ethic, hard to find these days!!!!

Tyler was fantastic! He came over quickly after we called him and that poor guy had a horrible mess and problem to deal with at our house, but got it fixed and was pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend him!

Tyler arrived promptly and ready to go to work. We have an older home with older plumbing so was quite a challenge to reach the clog and get it clear. Tyler was professional and kept at it with a positive attitude until the clog was resolved. Would recommend this young man to anyone in need. Highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Tyler came and fixed an emergency drain clog for us in our older home. He was knowledgeable, fast, and gave us a lot of great information about prevention and some mitigation things we can do on our own. He’s on now our speed dial if we run into other drain issues — can’t recommend him enough.

Tyler was super responsive and helped problem solve our old/clogged pipes. He fixed the problem promptly and also had a of great suggestions to help prevent future problems. He is affordable, professional, and we will definitely use him again/would recommend!

Tyler came out to help us with a problematic storm drain. He left us with a free-flowing system, an enhanced understanding of our storm drain layout, a few suggestions to improve maintainability, a couple of areas to watch that could cause future issues and a recommendation for a maintenance program. Tyler is the real deal, courteous, honest, hard working, and a true professional. Although my drain issue wasn’t resolved (the issue is bigger than we thought, but there may be hope 😊), Tyler did everything possible to fix it this round. Absolutely incredible service! Our plumber came out at the last minute, fitting us in on a busy weekend. His dedication to his customers is unmatched. He had our problem fixed in no time, and he’s definitely earned a loyal customer.

Tyler is phenomenal in his line of work! We had a toilet, sink and shower that wouldn’t drain and when I called to see how quickly he could come out, he scheduled us for the next morning! Our drainage system in our 1900 farmhouse gave him a heck of a time but he didn’t give up and finally figured out what our issue was and he fixed it! He even gave us recommendations for what to do to prevent this from happening again! When he was done, he cleaned and sealed everything up nicely! He was very friendly and professional! We intend on calling him for any drainage service in the future!

Tyler was incredible. He was efficient and prompt and friendly. We have a lot of people with long course hair that had accumulated and clogged all the drains over 24 years. Gone!

What a refreshing, positive experience. Tyler was working in the neighborhood and was kind enough to slip me into his schedule to video and clean out my main sewer line.
