Bruce is fantastic and I would trust him with my life, not kidding. He is very responsive and personable and is an honest guy. He’s been working on our washing machines for a bit and saved us from a scammer on Craigslist. Great service, great prices, and an even better guy! Thank you, Bruce!!!

Our refrigerator stopped working and I called around a bit before finding Fixon. Bruce was incredibly quick to get a technician to us and the technician, Sergei was very professional. They gave us great advice and even offered a loaner fridge to save what food we could until delivery. I highly recommend them and will use their services in the future.

Amazing individual! I worked with Bruce when I needed a repair for my fridge and he was hands down the best repair man I have ever worked with! Not only did he solve my problem but he was nice enough to answer questions regarding another fridge and my dish washer. Later on I had another issue and he was nice enough to invite me to his office and gave me instructions and parts for a new repair. I learned so much from him and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs! I wish he was a repair man for everything! If I have say a plumbing issue in the future I might just send him a text and say "what do you know about bathroom sinks?" haha worth a shot :)

Bruce is so helpful and thorough. He took the time to teach me how to do maintenance on my machines to prolong their lifespan, and helped me track down parts for an older model refrigerator. Will definitely use again and recommend him highly.

Bruce diagnosed and replaced the heating element in our JennAire oven for a fair price and in a timely manner. He’s very reliable, knowledgeable, and a super nice guy! Highly recommend him for appliance repair.

Bruce from Fixon came out and fixed my dryer when it was not heating. He replaced the heating element at a reasonable price, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained the situation, what leads to this sort of problem, and even gave me some simple tips for prolonging the life of my dryer. Bruce is very friendly, and I will certainly be calling Fixon next time I need an appliance repaired.

Bruce is such a gem; when we had dishwasher issues, he was able to quickly fit us into his schedule and found the problem within minutes. Repairs were cost-efficient and fast - we will absolutely use his services again!

Bruce is absolutely the best man for any appliance repair! He is the most honest ,helpful and, trustworthy repair man I’ve ever met. Bruce is an absolute saint. He fixed our dishwasher and microwave for less than it would have cost to even have anyone else come out to diagnose. Super nice guy and loves dogs! Do not look elsewhere for any of your appliance needs.

Bruce is the real deal. He’s the repair guy you hope to find because he’s competent and kind. He’s worth every penny. He understood we had an emergency, made himself available and explained the repair process making both me and my husband comfortable with the outcome. Thank you Bruce.

Bruce was fantastic! My home warranty company sent another company out first, who claimed I was overloading my washer and said there was no problem (they didn’t even open up the machine) - I called my warranty company, complained asking for someone else to look at it. They sent Bruce, who immediately saw the problem and it was fixed incredibly fast! Next time, I will just call Fixon. He also has a great person named Chelsea who coordinates for him, and they make things a breeze too!

Bruce was awesome. He was communicative, quick, kind and shared his expertise. Filled me in on what was broken in my dryer, why it commonly broke and gave me maintenance tips to make sure my washer and dryer didn't break in the future. 10 of 10!

Bruce is so wonderful! His work is very thorough and precise. He's helped my whole family and I highly recommend him! Don't forget to call him for just a tune up on any appliance not just when something is broken!

The first time we met Bruce during the covid pandemic he fixed our refrigerator when three other different repair companies over the a 2 year period weren't able. At another time he also repaired our oven, and then our dishwasher and gave us advice on how to prevent problems in the future. He's not only a good repair man, he's a great educator. So recently when our refrigerator wasn't cooling on top we immediately called Fixon Bruce's company. That repair was done quickly. The next day I think our appliances is missed him as my 20 + year old gas dryer quit working. Once again Bruce to the rescue! Everything's working perfectly now. Bruce's honest, friendly and professional. I recommend him with AAA+.

Bruce from Fixon was incredible in every way a repair technician can be. He was right on time, super friendly and informative, and fixed the issue with my refrigerator. Truly a font of wisdom and a lovely person. He even gave me tips to help keep my refrigerator running in top shape in the future. I almost want another appliance to fail just so I can chat with Bruce some more. Truly an A+ experience.

I called Bruce for advice when my fridge stopped getting colder than 50F. After looking the unit up from the serial number (he talked me through where to find this) and letting me know it was 22 years old and talked me through a few of the options for repair or replacement. He was extraordinarily kind and patient with my questions. I opted to get a new fridge but will be keeping his information for the next time I need any appliance repaired. Great experience.

10/10 would recommend. Bruce came over on short notice and did great work installing my appliances (after Costco botched the deliver not once, but twice) and made me feel like his neighbor. Would highly recommend and will definitely call again!
