I had some pretty bad odor on my carpets from my puppy. Carlito arrived promptly, and got to work. All stains were removed, and the areas smelled great! I HIGHLY recommend the Pet Odor Treatment that carlito recommended, it got rid of all the odor in my carpets.

Their website made it very easy to book an appointment. Arrived on-time and were very kind and professional. Made sure we were satisfied with the job they did before asking for payment. They did do a great job for a great price. I will recommend them to Everyone and I will use them again.

I highly reccomend precise nw carpet cleaning. I had them out today. Their pricing was amazing, they were quick, the dry time was fast, and my carpets look better than the day I moved in 3yrs ago.

I had the best experience! I found this company and needed carpet cleaning in a pinch. They showed up perfectly on time, stuck to an accurate quote and were not trying to upsell us. I did add on a few additional spaces and a couch and those were so reasonably priced. The team was polite and professional. This is the only company I will ever use again! I rate them a 10.

Carlito was great to work with to clean our older wool rug, even doing it by hand to avoid damaging a section that is in disrepair further. Pickup and dropoff was great! The value of the service was great, and I'm impressed how much brighter and softer it is now. He was quick to coordinate with and would definately come back.

left carpets wet.. still wet enough to wet paper towels 10 hour after completion. Two stains ( dog vomit, cleaned by me soon) were not eradicated. ) Charge was way over stated estimate.
