Fantastic job by Jack and Tristen in cleaning my duct work and vents in a house we just recently moved into after purchasing. They worked hard and efficiently and explained the process to do the job. Highly recommend this company! Cleaned up after and left my house and hvac system so clean!! What a difference!

Jeremy and Vlad were terrific. They were knowledgeable, skillful, and informative, letting us know all through the process how our duct cleaning was progressing. This was our second experience with BAN, and we highly recommend their services.

Our rental house had never had the ducts cleaned so I called Better Air Northwest to come out and I’m so glad I did. Jeremy and Vlad did an outstanding job and went above and beyond for us. They pointed out a problem with the HVAC unit and vacuumed up the water in the bottom, as well as vacuuming around the vents after they were finished - free vacuuming :). The dryer vent had probably never been cleaned and was a fire hazard. Before and after pictures were pretty amazing. They were super cool, polite and kind and I highly recommend taking care of your indoor air quality with these guys!

Today I had a complex service call from Better Air NW. Jack and Tristen were kind, competent and went so far beyond what I expected! They replaced my driveline under my home in a shallow crawlspace and inserted a setback box in my wall so my dryer could be set flush with the washer. The sealed the old floor connection and were very good about cleaning up and leaving shoes outside without being asked. Super friendly and respectful! Job well done!

Such a wonderful experience! Jeremy and Vlad were amazing. They explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. We haven't had our ducts cleaned since we moved in 14 years ago so we were way past due. Very happy with the results and how quickly it was done. Will definitely use in the future.

Professional, worked hard (he had to go down into the crawlspace, yeesh!) and communicated with us every step of the way. They were totally on time and accommodated my schedule. They showed us pictures of the duct work and all the stuff they got out of there and we are so glad we did this. Highly recommend.

We were in need of a complete overhaul of the dated and inefficient ductwork throughout our house. We initially worked with Eric Campbell who did a great job coordinating the project. Jack and Josh then did exceptional work installing the new system and kept us informed from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend this company more highly.

Jack and Tristen did a great job cleaning out our hvac system. They were on time, nice and professional. I could not believe how much came out of our system! They also applied benefect Decon 30, a botanical sanitizer, to the system which gave me peace of mind as I am healing from CIRS/mold biotoxin illness. The first step in healing is reducing exposure and reducing mold levels in home. I would definitely recommend better air northwest!

Jeremy and Vlad were excellent! Super respectful and very nice. They did a great job cleaning our HVAC system. After they were done cleaning the ducts, they vacuumed and made sure everything was clean and better than before. I would highly recommended Jeremy and Vlad to anyone needing their ducts cleaned!!!

We had Anthony 2.0 and Dave over and they were THE BEST. So kind and clearly pros at what they’re doing. We’ve used Better Air for over 8 years and have always been so pleased with their work and care and consideration for our home. It’s one of my favorite days of the year! Ask them to take a before and after pic of the tray, sooooooo satisfying!!

Jeremy and Vlad did a fantastic job cleaning our duct system. Incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, these guys are the best service professionals. I would recommend this service to anyone that hasn't cleaned their duct work, you will be amazed at what is removed! They took care to respect the house and watch out that our elderly cat didn't escape.

After searching online we decided to go with Better Air Northwest to have our HVAC ducts/vents cleaned based on the positive reviews. We had Jovan and Jake come service our house - they did a wonderful job! They were professional, courteous, respectful of our home (wore booties/covered the vents), thorough and walked us through what was done and found. The photo attached shows how much dust/debris came out of our ducts/vents. Thank you Jovan and Jake for helping the air we breathe in our home cleaner & safer!

Jovan and Jake L. with Better Air Northwest did a wonderful job cleaning and sanitizing the ducts in my 88 year old home. They arrived on time, explained the process, and answered my questions thoroughly. They performed their job and went above and beyond to help me with a bent vent cover that wasn’t working. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home the way they found it. Definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for routine maintenance. Glad to have found them.
