Jonathan and Ori were a pleasure to work with. I called for an estimate on a Friday and they were able to come out to take a look the following Monday. They were prompt, friendly, and very communicative. They clearly laid out what they recommended, gave an estimate, then were able to actually complete the work the same day. Overall, it was a great experience!

I live in Cornelius Oregon and reached out because of a bad smell coming from my ducts. We quickly scheduled an appointment. Two technicians arrived on time, walked through the house with me, and did a full inspection.

They discovered a dead mouse and a lot of built-up dirt in the system. They spent about three hours thoroughly cleaning everything, and the price made total sense for the amount of work they put in.

They also sent me detailed after-photos showing the results — everything looked amazing. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them!

We had a fabulous experience with PNW Duct Cleaning. They came out to our house for a bid to clean our ducts and we're ready to complete the project then and there. After receiving a competitive bid, they got to work and finished their service in roughly an hour and a half. They were lovely to work with and really respected our space. I will be calling them when it's time for another duct cleaning!

Arrived on time. Explained the entire process clearly, walked entire house, presented a quotation, we accepted and started immediately. Very courteous, clean process, replaced all furniture, and completed in a little less time than stated. Replaced our filter with a new one we had on hand as an extra. Will call again when we want our ductwork cleaned in the future.

Tay have done excellent tasks cleaning my ducts with deep cleaning. He looked at each vent, cleaned through. Am totally satisfied with his work and would recommend it to anyone.

Very good experience! He was very polite and respectful and explained everything he was doing through out the process. And I'm happy that I now have cleaner air and a clean dryer vent!
