Jackie is wonderful--incredibly professional and responsive. She is fantastic to work with and ensures all work done is of the highest quality. She facilitated the remodel of our kitchen and it turned out beautiful.

We completed our second remodel with Jackie at Space Reimagined. She managed our kitchen remodel so well we did not hesitate to hire her again. This time she took on our Master Bath as a total remodel. This project was a challenge. I am so grateful she was on top of the project; she managed the budget, schedule, contractors and issues to resolution. Our bathroom turned out sooooo nice. She is easy to work with, creative, a good sounding board and makes great recommendations. She has great contacts; knows the contractors and suppliers. We could not have done this project without her. If you are wondering if she is right for you, we give her a resounding two thumbs up.

Remodeling my floating home was something I wanted done, but not something I wanted to do. Having recently gotten through two stressful renovation projects on my other home, I did not relish the thought of beginning another one and, after losing my spouse to illness earlier in the year, I was already in a rough place. All this to say, I started my search for a designer with a dream for my space, but also with a heavy heart and a substantial amount of dread.

I discovered Space Reimagined through a Google search and was immediately drawn to the professionalism of the website and the beautiful project photos. Jackie returned my call to inquire the same day, and put me at east right away with her friendliness, competence, and confidence. After a lovely a phone conversation, followed by a visit to my home to tour the space, I knew in my heart that I’d lucked into something wonderful.

From literally day one through the final walk-through, Jackie made me feel completely taken care of. Her knowledge of the industry, exemplary taste, and deep commitment to my comfort with every decision never wavered. She truly listened to me, spent countless hours talking me through each step, and continuously impressed me with her ability to keep straight the countless details a full-house remodel entails. Jackie’s communication skills are exemplary. She provided me with updates almost every day and held fast to the timeline she set early on. Throughout the several months we worked together, there was never a challenge that arose that Jackie wasn’t right on top of. Projects of this size inevitably have their twists and turns, but Jackie was always one step ahead with a solution (sometimes more than one!)

Throughout the project, Jackie remained incredibly accessible. She made time for my questions and ensured that I had I had all the information needed to inform each decision. I could go on and on, but the end result is that I am overjoyed with my newly remodeled home and truly feel that discovering Space Reimagined was the best thing to happen to me in 2023. I would recommend Jackie without reservation to anyone considering a project of any size, and (almost) feel sad my home is complete, because it means my time with Jackie is over! If you are remotely on the fence with the decision of who to go with for your home, let this be your sign. Jackie is wonderful, and I can not sing her praises highly enough. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Working with Jackie at Space Reimagined was a great experience. She helped me renovate a kitchen, two bathrooms and selected paint for all rooms in the house. She also helped me select some key pieces of furniture to finish the look. Jackie listened to my likes/dislikes, had some great suggestions and was very flexible and easy to work with. I'm delighted with the end result and would highly recommend working with Space Reimagined.

Our full kitchen, dining room and bathroom remodel has been completed on our 1927 home! We chose Jackie at Space Reimagined to assist with this daunting project, and its success is due to her professional expertise in all aspects of the process. She guided us through choosing contractors with proven track records, many of which she has worked with on previous projects. She assisted us with shopping for flooring, tile, cabinets, counter tops, fixtures and appliances. She offered many suggestions with our personal tastes in mind, which proved invaluable for us to make these upgrades while preserving the original character of the home. Jackie coordinated all contractors’ work schedules and any inspection appointments. Communication was key and she was always available to answer my questions or take them to the contractors when necessary. She made sure the work was done right and on schedule. We could not have attempted this major remodel without her.

We highly recommend Jackie Draper with Space Reimagined, she is delightful to work with! We now have stunning quartz counters, gorgeous backsplash, new gas cooktop on our island, new sinks and great under counter lighting. The design works brilliantly with our Northwest/Asian style home.
We had wanted our kitchen remodeled for several years and worked with a couple designers and contractors but we never felt comfortable going forward due to them being pushy and over- priced. We are so grateful for Jackie, if it hadn’t been for her giving us a gentle nudge along the way we probably would not be here enjoying our perfect kitchen!
When we started the project it was important that it be finished by Thanksgiving, and of course she made it happen!
Planning and construction was over a period of 6 weeks, the actual construction lasted about 10 days.
Due to one member of our family having health issues we did not leave during the construction, surprisingly it was not hectic, they were very respectful, organized, on schedule and polite.
Jackie was on site during most of the construction in case of any issues that might arise, she works well with subcontractors and has access to great craftsmen. Jackie is so much fun to work with, high energy, a great problem solver, very organized, a good listener, patient, respectful, very resourceful, available, flexible, professional and has great attention to detail.
