Donavan was patient and answered them all.
He wasn't rushed, took his time. Very polite , Bonus
He LOVES dogs. So no worries there.

Service was wonderful. Needed two potties for 8 weeks. Juan kept them clean and stocked throughout.

River City set a reasonable price and held to it. The operator, Ruben called to give me an estimated time in the morning and was right on time, he was friendly & courteous and took care of the job. Fair price, timely, no mess, thank you River City & Ruben, see you next time.

This company shows up early, keeps in touch and is a pleasure to work with. Courteous office staff, knowledgeable technicians and excellent service. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency on Saturday and they not only picked up the phone but asked us to take pictures of what we were seeing. Thank fulling it was our sensor on our septic that had failed and not an emergency. They kept in contacted and told us to save our money on a Saturday emergency call and would come on Tuesday. First tech came on time and their plumber came at 6pm to replace the part. We live in Washougal in the country and we are super impressed with their friendleness and professionalism. We will be using them for all future septic maintenance.

Donavan was on time, fast, efficient, friendly, informative and really just a positive appointment. He navigated a rather difficult driveway with ease showcasing his skills and professionalism even more.

River City is amazing, we called with a plumbing issue, Jesse was at our office right away, he diagnosed a problem with our black flow, he was able to repair within an hour.. if you have any plumbing issues we recommend giving them a call!

Was able to get an inspection next day super convenient! Donovan was a great guy didn't take much time to do his job explained things to me perfectly. Gave good advice about our big rooted tree and what problems it could cause if it came in contact with our septic tank.

Rueben was very conscientious of truck, hose placement to not damage my trees or flower beds. Very polite and represents his company well. My experience was pleasant and I will use them again.

They are so easy and amazing to work with. They have great pricing, nice dumpsters, great selection of sizes and lids for their dumpsters. Everyone that I've talked to there is really nice and very helpful. I highly recommend them!

Mark came out to help us with an emergency plumbing situation on short notice on our brand new house, and he was absolutely wonderful. He found our problem and was extremely kind and professional. 10/10 would recommend River City and Mark to anyone whom needs help with their plumbing!
