Great tech ! Bad news on washing machine

Got to the problem professionally and quickly. Part ordered and new appointment made to install. Fixed dryer too.

Jim did an evaluation but did not repair my washer. He was professional, explained what was wrong, and made some suggestions. Would definitely use this company again.

Technician came over just in time . He asked a detailed infom about the problem on the Washing Machine . He inspected it and cheched every part.Made fixes , run it and set it to normal operation,explained what the issue was . Machine is perfect .

The technician for this visit, Jim, was amazing! However, I have had nothing but terrible experiences with Sears Home Repair. I would NOT ever recommend them for home appliance warranty. NEVER AGAIN!
