Javier is great . Had him do a couple of emergency jobs on carpet and he was right there to do the clean up. He does great on stains.

Our young dog ate a hole in our new carpet! I called J&Q and they said they could repair it the next day! I checked on them and thought the repair looked good, but Javier wasn’t satisfied, so he re-did the repair! When he finished, I can’t even find where the repair was made! I’m very happy with their work!

I am so pleased! Javier and company came with very little notice to steam clean the living room and hall. My carpet had stains from traffic that I couldn't get out. They did an amazing job in little time. My house smells amazing and the carpets are fresh and bright. I will tell all my friends and definately use this service again. Called for appt to get an estimate or see if carpets destroyed from bad tenant. Guy came out, told me carpets ruined and started to leave. I asked for it in writing and he tried to charge me $65! His online ad says free estimates and only $40 for cleaning a room but he wanted to charge me $65 to say the carpet was shot? I offered him $20 and gave him fresh organic veggies. He wrote me a tag with it written on it, 'No charge.' When i complained he offered to return my $20 but never did. I do not recommend this company for an estimate. Maybe they clean carpets good, but I do not know.
