Reese did an amazing job for us. We were shivering in a cold office when he showed up. He diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and left us with heat on and one of his expensive parts for several days while he waited for our part to come in. I could not overstate what a great experience it was to work with Freedom Heating and Air. From start to finish, their service was friendly, prompt, affordable, trustworthy, and high quality. Jason, who came to do my bid, was friendly and honest - with no air of pushiness or salesmanship. I was given a bid with several options; I was able to choose the option that most made sense for my home and budget. The workers kept me up-to-date on what was happening with the job and stayed within the schedule. When they saw my current system wouldn't be sufficient to cool my upstairs, they added a duct line at no cost. They wanted me to be happy with the results and didn't want me to feel like they'd duped me into the bid only to have me pay for more. I wish they did more than just heating and air just so I could hire them for everything. I will certainly be coming back for all my heating and air needs.

I was referred to FREEDOM by another vendor in town. Jason came out to assess, and Lance(?) did the roughing in and line work.
