Jackson, our service person, was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. Gagle's, a family owned business, has been our furnace and ac company for almost 30 years, and we have always been happy with their service.

Answered the telephone quickly and friendly. Grant Gagle arrived on time, swiftly fixed the problem, and was willing to teach me about my furnace. The $140.43 final bill is well within reason for a same day service call, and the deep technical knowledge exhibited. Gagle's is my go to contact for HVAC and plumbing, they made a believer of me in one visit.

Gagles is the BEST. I own The Dog Bark, a local doggy daycare and our A/C went out this summer and they came the very same day...It was the day we hit a record high of 115 degrees so they were literally life-savers! Because we are taking care of animals, it's so important that we have temperature control at all times. This winter, our thermostat was knocked off of the wall and they were at our facility within one hour to fix it. They are always polite, prompt, knowledgeable and I am SO grateful to Gagles!

I had a stripped shutoff valve going to my icemaker. He quickly replaced the part for me so we could move the refrigerator in preparation for a flooring project. Adam quickly.saw.the problem, explained it to me and replaced the valve. He is very kind with a great personality. Thank you Adam!

Basking in the glow of a wonderful heating/cooling system installed by professional installers. From start to finish, a truly awesome experience. My system was NOT an easy install, but from quote to clean-up was...may I say, "Easy and Painless" for me.

The only "glitch" was them forgetting to re-light the pilot on my water heater. A quick phone call and all is right with the world. No harm, no foul. If I **EVER** needed to use this company or refer a friend to this company, I would know that the service level would be top notch.

Can you give me a few more stars to add? 5 isn't enough!

When the power outage resulted in our new furnace not coming back on Gagles sent out a technician within 2 hours. He fixed the problems within an hour and restored our heat. Great job, really courteous.

I highly recommend them, they are so professional . I called them and they came here less than 1 hour. And they did not charge me like evergreen $1,200 for service which they charge me a very low low happy day price.. if anyone has a problem with air conditioning heating and specially plumbing they are the one to call guarantee you. I will never use another group of people to trust with heating our house. They are always prompt, kind and honest. Rickey came out and was great. We had issues with their supplier getting the correct part into town and he made every attempt to make sure that while we waited we had what we needed to stay warm. The part came in and it was fixed in about 45 minutes. Thank you!! My family will be a lifetime customer. :)

Great company to do business with. We bought our new furnace and heat pump in 2002 and am very happy with their service. When our A/C stopped working on a very hot day I called at 8am and they had a service tech here by noon. The part was replaced within minutes and our A/C restored for a very reasonable rate. Thank you Robert for excellent customer service!

Great team they got me setup with a new gas heater and ac. On time friendly people and they helped my mom on her heat pump after another company left her hanging for over 3 months. They had her going in 2 days. Thanks for helping me and my family out. Amazing customer service 110%.

Excellent install of a replacement AC unit. Ray came out and worked up the quote. Dan and Tim did the install and Jeff did the start up. All four did an excellent job. They were thorough and did a timely job. The clean up was also excellent. They all showed up at the time I was given. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Mark Gagle, the owner, came out and did the final inspection. I was very impressed at his commitment to total customer satisfaction.

Honest and helpful. They will be upfront on existing equipment and as Lauren told me, they are a customer service based company not sales people. I needed service on my mini-split system and I chose Gagel's because they are a local business. I am very pleased with Gagel's responsiveness and attention to my service needs, even during a very busy pre-holiday season. The tech was very skillful in diagnosis and correcting the issues, and made every effort to do the work in a timely manor. As a result, I am enjoying the comfort of a well heated home as I write this review. Thank you Gagle's!

Gagle's has never done me wrong. They were there when I needed a heat pump and they were there when I needed all new ducting from a fire. They are prompt and provide the service that I expect. Their technicians have always been available to help me with whatever I needed. They installed a nest thermostat for me even though its not one of the products in their lineup. I never have to mess with a phone tree because they always pick up even after hours and I like that about them.

So I can not say enough about this company. During the worst ice storm I have experienced; my furnace was fried due to a power surge.
I called Gagle and they came right out. They were professional and extremely friendly. The furnace was fried and 26 years old so I chose to have it replaced instead of fixed. Their price was almost $2000.00 less to install than their competitors. They also filled out the rebate paperwork and saved me another $1500.00. A great company and saved me a ton of money!

I rarely take the time to share comments regarding services from any businesses that I've dealt with, but Gagle's has so impressed me that I welcome this opportunity.
This company is undoubtedly one of the most responsible and professional businesses that I've had the pleasure of having in my home. Their employees were top notch in every regard

Gagles came out last fall to address an Air Conditioning Issue we had. They were very prompt and got our 23 year old system back up and running at very little expense even though it needed replacement. It finally gave out this month and being treated so well they were my first call. They gave a list of options to repair or replace and we choose to replace Heater and A/C units. Prices were very competitive and they were very prompt on scheduling the replacement. Their workers were very professional and completed their work in one day taking away the old system , explained the features of the new system, and did a complete clean up. I can't think of how it could have gone better. I recommend their services to anyone who's as fussy as me. Great Job.

My furnace is old, yet Gagles has kept the furnace and the heat pump running in tiptop shape.

Amazing service, I bought a new house last year and dang thing didn't come with AC. Not alone did they help with installation but one of the owners walked through what rooms get best air and what doors to keep open. Was best customer service I've ever received. Wish I could give more than a 5
