James Heating came highly recommended by a friend. Two of their family members also had good experiences with James. I called yesterday for a quote, they got Mike out today and were $6,000 cheaper than the rough estimate we had received from someone else. Everyone was professional and courteous and we are highly likely to hire them for the job.

It was time to replace the old furnace. We asked for a quote from James Heating. There was no pressure to purchase. Their installers were great; everything from putting down tarps to protect our flooring to full explanations of how our new furnace works. The office staff have also been great.

I had my annual furnace and air conditioner check up with Todd… He did an excellent job and was very courteous, very professional and very reasonably priced. I have James come out every year. And I feel really blessed and lucky that my air conditioner is 25 years old and still kicking 🤞🏼... I sort of think it’s because I get annual check ups. I would highly recommend this company!!

They put our furnace and air-conditioning unit in 30 years ago. It's still running and they come yearly to service it. They're a great bunch of people and I think they're the reason why it's still running. We are so glad that we went with James Heating and will continue. We highly recommend them.

I always call James Heating and Cooling for my heating and cooling issues. Most recently, had an inducer fan on my gas furnace sounding like the fan motor bearings were about to fail. Not surprising considering the furnace was installed in 1993 and had the original fan still in it. Todd was the tech they sent and he’d been to the house before to add some heat registers in the bathrooms and kitchen about 7 years ago. Remembered the job and my install and got right on it. Replaced the 30+ year old fan, checked operation, performed a basic service and was on his way. No drama, no issues-just good service. Much appreciated and I’ll be sure to keep using James Heating and Cooling for all my future HVAC needs.

I am a new customer and very pleased with all aspects of my interactions with James Heating and Air Conditioning. The technician arrived on time and serviced air handler and heat pump. When finished he reported on condition of both units and was very knowledgeable and polite.

James Heating has been maintaining our furnace and air conditioner for many years and we highly recommend them! Recently spoke with Jenny in the office to schedule a service and she was able to get us scheduled right away. August was able to come the next day, he’s so friendly and got the job done quick!

They sent a guy out to fix a couple of small things on My gas water heater. When he arrived, he informed me that he was in a hurry and he only had 30 minutes because he had to go get his daughter. I asked him why were the company send you out here with that little bit of time we can reschedule he said no I have time to do this. There was a hose that needed to be taken off and put on correctly because it was put on the wrong way. There was also a small leak that needed a new fitting to tighten it up. I was concerned because I’ve had so many problems with gas in my house and I’m actually afraid of it so a little bit of time that he said he had I was concerned that he would do it properly. Which he did not the next day two people from the gas company had to come out because my garage was full of gas. I called the company the woman at the office. She was very rude and snotty to me. I was trying to explain to her what it happened because it could’ve been Extremely dangerous. She says I know what you’re doing. You’re just trying to get so you don’t have to pay this.. They don’t care about anything. She didn’t even wanna listen to me. They are all about the money. The service is horrible. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.. Northwest natural fix the issues and didn’t charge me a dime. They are truly the best.
