My roommate has had 2 furnaces installed by Ben and steph and a ac last week they are honest efficient and are very reasonable would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation very very friendly

I can not say enough good things about this company. The woman that scheduled me was so kind, and squeezed us in during a really busy time. They did more than I could have even hoped for. Quality was beyond expectations. I wish all home maintenance and repairs were this easy and such an amazing outcome.

NW Heating is a lifesaver!! My AC quit on a Sunday night during our record heat wave. Everyone else I called Monday a.m. was 10-14 days out. Luckily I tried NWH, and they came inside of an hour and had us cooling again by 10:30 that morning. So I highly recommend NWH and will definitely use them again if and when. And the price was beyond reasonable.

My unit stopped working and other A/C repair services said they couldn’t come out for two weeks. Northwest came out same day at 2pm, left to find the parts needed (after consulting the appropriate wiring diagram and discovering it had been done wrong years ago), then they had it all working by 6pm. Very friendly crew who communicate well with customers and go the extra mile. They made sure it was correct and running as smooth as possible. A+

On that last 96 degree day we had;, my heat pump unit went out. I was pretty sure I was not going to get any one to come out that day, seems like every body would be 2 busy. My wife is disabled and cant deal with the heat. I called Ben an Stephanie,. told them my situation. They were out in 45 minutes. With in an hour. they found the problems. My whole unit needed to be replaced. They worked up an estimate an located the unit I needed which was in Salem.. We agreed on the price. They pulled the unit out, Got the new unit and parts they need. come back the next day installed every thing including the coil for the inside furnace Sealed the inside of the furnace put in filters an new copper line and we had cold air pumping into the house before the end of the day WOW Talk about service. We couldnt believe it. You need work done callem there the best and they even filled out all my waranty papers. Good to go for 10 yrs

Extremely professional kind proficient compassionate and just all around amazing. They came back probably 4 to 5 times till the issue was not just fixed but up to standards. I have never had such a pleasant service I will be recommending them to everyone and will forever be a loyal customer. I can go on but this review will just turn into a novel so I’ll leave it at yes call them you won’t find a better pair. This company is beyond lucky to have Steph and Ben.

The blower motor in my furnace went out and the whole thing needed to be replaced. I found Ben & Steph through Home Advisor, or they were given my number. I told them I wanted to furnace and AC unit replaced at the same time due to the age of the AC unit. I also had some plumbing work done and was told to have someone look at the duct work under my house because it didn't look good.. They went under my house and took photos of the chaos that was under there. Steph explained everything to me, what options I had and the cost difference between the options. They answer any questions I had. Almost none of the ducting under my house was connected to anything, so for the last 6 years we have been heating and cooling the crawl space! This also caused dust to come up though the vents. This whole time I thought it was my dirty dogs! Also because it nice and warm down there, critters like mice, rates, possums, etc are living their best lives at my expense! They did a fantastic job installed and fixing everything they also were the most cost effective for my budget! I would recommend them to anyone who asks and hire them again in a heartbeat.

I had them replace my old heat pump and air handler. They did a great job and didn't rush it. Most of all, they are honest. By far, this is the best HVAC company in Salem.

Ben and Steph were great. They tried to investigate every possibility to fix my furnace. They made multiple trips to my home and didn’t unnecessarily charge me for each visit. The end result was unfortunately a new furnace but we now have heat. They are trustworthy, hard working, and take time to explain everything to you minus the BS. Call them if you want great service that is fair!

They also filled out all of the warranty information and installed a brand new thermostat at no extra cost!

Our heat pump quit working and we were only able to heat by utilizing auxillary heat, which was costing us a small fortune. Contacted Ben, the owner of Northwest Heating and AC. He did some preliminary checking and found we had a blown fuse. He said no charge and took care of us. Honest and upfront is the key here. We now have a trusted hvac company we can fully place our trust into. Thanks Ben and NW Heating AC!

We contacted Northwest heating and cooling when the furnace was not working. They identified the problem quickly. Since it was an old outdated furnace we decided to have a heat pump installed. Stephanie and Ben gave us a very competitive quote for the new system that we had them install. They are excellent on communication and responsiveness. They really know there stuff and provided outstanding work. They are really hard working. The heat pump had a loose wire connection as delivered from the manufacturer. Steph offered to come out that night when we called them about a problem. They promptly diagnosed and fixed the issue all under warranty. I highly recommend them.
