All reviews for Valley Roofing

Jon came out promptly to inspect a roof leak. This was for a roof they did not install. Jon quickly found a problem and did a minor repair. He also inspected the roof for other potential issues. They were customer focused, made some suggestions, but did not try to oversell.

I can only think of superlatives to rate my experience with Jon and Valley Roofing. Honest, fair, and hardworking are just a few. He did a small patching job for FREE! The world needs more Jon's! Thank you!

Thank you for our new roof, the crew was great, hard working, they were very professional. We had some weather move in while they were doing the job, but they made sure all was secure. It is raining as I write this, and feel secure with our new roof insurance. The home office people and staff are very courteous and helpful.
Getting a new roof can be a stressful time, but Valley Roofing made it nice!

From the first contact with Jon Taylor through to the completion of the project, Valley Roofing has been a pleasure to work with. They replaced my rather complicated roof in very good time and worked to accommodate my schedule (I needed to paint my house before they started the roof). The professionalism of the crew, their attention to detail, and their willingness to deal with some interesting issues were stellar. In addition to the outstanding quality of the work, the price was very good.

I have no reservations whatsoever about recommending Valley Roofing and Jon Taylor. A job well done. No. An excellent job! Thanks again, Jon, Edgar, Tongas, Luis, Miguel, Pepe, and Antonio.

The first time we hired Jon and his crew to install a new roof for us, we were blown away by the quality and timeliness of their services. There were some particulars about that job that they were more-than-willing to accommodate. They were hassle-free, sincere, and very competitively priced. Since then, Jon has come through for us on a number of different occasions. Whenever one of our customers needs a new roof, we gladly refer them to Valley Roofing. We are proud to call Valley Roofing our friend.

Good value, excellent service, straight forward with answers. From start to finish, this company showed great knowledge, and professionalism in all matters pertaining to roof installation, and repair. All concerns and matters were handled on a very personal note, with respect to the high quality of work performed by several crews, performing several different tasks, and the worksite was cleaned everyday. Valley Roofing and Exteriors went to great lengths to go above and beyond, and took great care to see that problem spots were addressed accordingly, so there would be no future problems. The crews showed up on time, were very respectable to us and our neighbors, and finished a four day job in a very timely manner.
We highly recommend their services.

I contacted Valley Roofing for a roof certification and didn't expect same day service. I am shocked that everything went off without a hitch. I received Jon, the inspector, within about an hour of my call and later that evening I received the certification report. I would highly recommend them. They are prompt, courteous and made it all a painless process! There prices are outstanding as well! The best in town! Thank you so much Valley Roofing!!

We had our roof and gutters replaced by Valley Roofing. Jon Taylor and his crew were wonderful. Super nice and very personable. Nick and all the roofers were just fantastic! Very respectful, funny and friendly! That group of guys are 100% dedicated. Couldn't ask for better! The gutter installers went above and beyond to make everything we asked for happen efficiently and quickly. Jon Taylor (the owner) always kept in contact and explained everything very clearly. Made it a very easy and stress free experience! Highly recommended!

Valley roofing did an amazing job on our roofing and gutters. They were promptly on time and work hard while on the job. The crew took great care in cleaning up everyday before leaving. Which was great since we have 3 dogs. I would definitely recommend them for any of your roofing needs. Thanks again Joe and Jon for your prompt amazing customer service as well.

I can't say enough about the wonderful job Valley Roofing did for us. Their communication and overall performance was top notch. I'm more than happy to share this experience with these commendable words for those of you looking for a new roof. We had them update our old solar tubes to bring them into the 21st Century. They look great! I would recommend this company to family, friends, and neighbors. Give them a call today and enjoy what your tomorrow will look like.

Needed to get some moss off of my roof that has extremely high pitches. Valley Roofing and Repair didn't even flinch. Their same day response from the online inquiry resulted in an appointment for a quote and a crew out just days later. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. They did what they said they were going to do, on time, and with a fantastic attitude. I couldn't believe the gentleman who got right up on our roof, you couldn't pay me to do it! Thank you Andy and your repair/cleanup crew at Valley Roofing - it was a great experience!

Valley Roofing replaced my roof. Their crew was responsive, polite and did an quality job. My roof had some challenging spots and they were diligent and made sure it was done right even though it took extra time. The quote was very reasonable and I felt like I could trust the integrity of this company. They cleaned everything up and left my home and yard as they found it. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Valley Roofing to anyone needing a new roof. The price was very competitive. Jon's team did an excellent job with the tear off and install of our roof in only two days. In addition the crew was thorough and very skilled at their job. Needless to say we are very pleased with the final results. I would have given 10 stars, but 5 is all that's allowed. Thanks again Valley Roofing for a job well done.

Valley Roofing is hands down the best roofing company in the Willamette Valley area. They are extremely professional and get jobs done in a timely manner. Jon Taylor is an extraordinary community man and business owner who takes care of his employees and customers the right way. I can't recommend this company enough for all of your roofing and exterior needs for both residential and commercial. This is an awesome and extremely trustworthy local business!

Jon Taylor is a true craftsman. I was impressed with his friendly approach, quick service, and attention to detail. My expectations were exceeded. I have been in and around construction all my life. I usually do all projects myself. Jon has won me over to let a professional handle my roofing needs now and in the future. His crew was friendly and did a great job. The clean up as was excellent as well. I would highly recommend Valley Roofing for all your needs. Thanks again Valley Roofing for getting my roof water tight for this winter. Look forward to the new roof this summer.

Best regards,
Shawn Barnes

Working with Valleys Roofing in spring of 2021 was a great experience. It started the day we arrived at the showroom- they were closed however Jon was there in his truck getting ready to go home. He took the time to greet us and let us in to get get samples and chat about our needs. The crews were exceptionally personable, professional and courteous. Valley Roofing was one of 4 bids we obtained. After checking reviews and BBB we elected to go with Valley. The management was easy to work with and was not a high pressure sales presentation. The crews who did the work on our house were professional, friendly and answered any questions I had. The weather worked out and they were able to complete the job in 3 days. I would recommend Valley Roofing if you’re planning on having your roof replaced or repaired.

My husband and I would like to thank valley roofing For prompt service and the dangerous work they do, would highly recommend valley roofing for any future repairs.
