Hilary was at my house yesterday and in conversation, she looked at her records and said her dad had first come to our home to sweep our chimney on 11/29/89 -- that would be about nine days after we bought the place. This company gives great service, they're efficient, they know their business really well, and they have a great reputation. And when my wife and I needed a new wood stove a few years ago, Scott took care of that, too.

First, very grateful they serviced my area, Lyons, I was having a hard time finding someone. They were quick and clean. I did have to remind them they were supposed to check and repair a leak and feel for the quick service, 30 min. tops it was a little pricey. Like I said I couldn't find someone that would come out so I can't complain or give a bad review.

Never responded to my recent email service request. Several years ago we had them come to our house to get an estimate for a new gas fireplace and they never followed up. Should have known better then to give them a second chance I guess.
