So thankful for Stadeli Water Systems. Our well pump quit last night so no water. They responded quickly this morning and worked until the water was flowing again

We had an issue with our holding tank pump, and they came out first thing the next morning and fixed it. Excellent customer service!

Mark came over handled business just like he said he would gave us a Great new water system pretty affordable compared to a lot of the other quotes that we got very happy, very nice People great job we will definitely be back for all of our water needs.

I woke up with no water following a winter storm. Stadeli was my first call. Despite horrible road conditions, Mark had my water back before 2pm. The service provided was also reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend Stadeli more.

Our Jacuzzi pump for our well went out today. It's Saturday and the roads are covered with snow and ice but that didn't stop Mark from coming out and fixing our issue! He was professional, fast and reasonable. I would definitely call him again if we need Well service.

We got a few quotes and saw someone mention them on the community page. They were our last quote and the best choice. Our whole house had bad odor after showers, laundry, and dishes. They came out this morning did our system and it is instant fix.
We love and appreciate the water system that was put and the service we received .

I like the employees, not to mention the fast response when I called. They were here within a half hour and worked very hard to get pump-replaced. They were so friendly, and new how to trouble shoot and within a couple of hours we had running water again. They were very professional, explained what was wrong and then fixed it with good quality products. They also replaced a tank that was put in a year or two ago and said it was probably under warranty and did not charge me for it. They have been put on my list of companies to call if I have a problem in the future. They made my day by their wonderful employees, good value, pleasant professional response and did it quickly and did a wonderful job. I am one happy Customer!!!

Mark and the team @ SWS have done a great job in servicing our well pump/system through the years. Recently it was time for a replacement and Mark responded quickly to get us up and running in the short-term, and then getting our pump, vfd, and tank ordered and to the site within days. The replacement was quick, installed properly, and up and working within hours. SWS is certainly an impressive customer service-oriented company.

On Christmas Day as we were setting out dinner for 21 guests, my well pump died. Mark had serviced the pump a year earlier and said it was coming to the end of its life, but recommended running it til it died.
I texted Mark that evening and he contacted me at 7 am Dec 26. By 10 am he was pulling 640’ of pipe out of the ground with his amazing modern equipment. The new pump was delivered that afternoon. He was back at 7 am to begin installation.
By 11 am on Dec 27 we had water. It was truly amazing. He’s extremely skilled at what he does, and his customer service was incredible. The final price was less than his initial quote and cheaper than I thought it would be. I highly recommend Stadeli Water Systems.

The capacitor to our pump went out on a Friday night- we waited to call until Saturday morning, just to find out if they had the part we needed. The lady that answered that was phone was great 👍. She was putting a call out to the employee to give us a call back. After about an hour we still hadn’t gotten a call back so we called again. While waiting we called another company and were able to get what we needed. Maybe just super busy? Who knows..
Sippel water and Stettler supply came through for us.
