Called roto rooter for a toilet not flushing, they came tried to snake it, didn't work said the next step started at over $700 and up from there, decided I would search for second opinion, called Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain they where out in less than an hour looked at the clean outs, opened septic tank lid came back and said"magic", everything works, less than five minutes and no tools from truck, was floored that everything instantly worked,the issue was pump switch for septic tank was switched off, and everything had backed up,would have spent thousands with roto rooter as they were going to replace pipe,and just kept exploring all the way to the drain field. Willamette Valley Sewer could have said the same thing roto rooter had said and I would have never known, but they where honest and didn't even charge to come all they way out, diagnose and flip the breaker.If you want a HONEST, Qualified company look no further, they are now my only choice and will spread the word, that they are 100% better than ANY of the so called competition, no one can compete with them

Louis is a Rockstar. Up front solution to any problem without the upsell from other bigger companies. Was suppose to be a quick kitchen sink clog but it turned out we had roots. Got the line open and flowing and gave us solutions for a permanent fix. Awesome work!

This company is great. We were referred to them through another plumber and we are so glad we hired them. They showed up the same day right on time to fix our clogged drain in the slop sink. Got the job done in 30 minutes and were polite and professional. Would hire again.

Wow, Dylan was so nice to work with. We called on a Sunday afternoon and he was able to come out Monday morning. He showed up on time. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. He went right to work and solved the issue we were having in about 30 minutes. We were so worried it would be a major issue but he solved the problem and cleaned out the pipes. He gently asked what type of TP we used and told us that the thicker TP was not good because it gets hung up in the pipes and causes clogs. Also that the flushable wipes aren’t really flushable because they get caught up as well. Good tips to know.

My elderly father needed his toilet fixed and they came out right away and took care of it. They were friendly and charged WAY less than Rotor Rooter. Appreciate these guys and HIGHLY recommend. Will definitely be calling them again if I have any future issues.

Dylan was one time and very helpful to my family n I on thanksgiving. Was very caring about both my house and the needs of the future problems we may have with the piles. Thanks to him haven’t had any problems since! Don’t use charmin on a septic tank and old piles!

If I could give 18 stars I would. My experience couldn't have been better. Professional, punctual and generous. Louis located my broken downspout drain and gave me options for repair, including how to fix it myself if I wanted to save money. They will be my first call when I'm looking for help in the future. Beyond expectations.

These guys are great. Took my call late. Let me ask questions and tried to talk them out of a job. They gave me great advice that ended up working and saving me a bit of money, and they still came out and gave me a hand and some more great advice. Due to my old pipes I'll definitely need a plumber again and they will be first to my list.

Wonderful company to work with. Excellent job! Explained everything, didn't charge a ridiculous rate, and fixed my drain problem in a timely professional manner. I am using them for my routine commercial drain cleaning and any emergency issues that come up unexpectedly that they can handle. Definitely call these guys first. No BS kinda guys!
