We have a water loss claim and Wolfs came out a took care of us!! Always on time and professional. Walked me through the whole process with thorough explanation. Gave me the time to ask questions. If ever needed again(hopefully not lol) they will be my first call!!

Freddie with Wolf Construction & Restoration was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for better service! When I turned around from my work desk and saw that our dining room chandelier (on the 1st floor) was now an unwanted indoor water feature, I knew it wasn’t going to be good. Ran upstairs, took a few steps into the hallway, and found water, our upstairs had flooded. We grabbed towels, I grabbed the shop vacuum but after emptying it 6+ times with water still pulling up everywhere, water coming out of multiple spots in the ceiling, under the baseboards, and through light fixtures, I knew this was beyond me. After admitting defeat, I dialed Wolf’s number and Freddie (owner) answered. He was sympathetic and truly concerned for our family and the mess we had on our hands. After we discussed what had happened he said “I’m going to grab my trailer and equipment and I’ll be there as soon as I can”. I’m not sure what Freddie was doing at the time called, it was evening, and knowing he has a family, I’m sure they were involved. Putting his life on pause he came to help us.

Freddie finished the evening well after 11:00 PM with the upstairs carpet/pad removed, items in the immediately affected areas packed up or moved out of the way, and equipment set up to start pulling moisture from the rooms and purifying the air.

Before he left for the evening and as gently as he could, he expanded the process and what we could expect next. There were tears (not from Freddie, although, he’s a legit dude and there could have been some he held inside) lots of questions and he stayed until we all felt as comfortable as possible.

The next week or so Freddie and Seth spent their days opening walls, gutting the upstairs bathroom, setting up protective barriers, taking the downstairs living room down to studs, packing and moving our things to a pod, treating the wood/walls, sending daily reports to insurance, and still made time to stop by over the weekend to drop off boxes and check on the moisture levels as things dried. I could go on and on about how great of a job Freddie did and how he made this process as easy as possible for us, but I’ll end it here. Thanks, Freddie!

I can’t begin to share how impressed I was with Wolf Construction and the restoration that they did on a ceiling that caved in on a room in our cottage due to moisture. Every step of the way was communicated thoroughly and handled skillfully and professionally. It was a nasty job but they did an absolutely amazing job of demo-ing the old ceiling and fallen drywall, treating it, insulating, drywalling, texturing, painting, and restoring it back to new. I loved how they always showed up on time and kept me updated on the progress and next steps. Freddie and Kara were amazing to work with and I highly recommend them. -Cheryl

Great experience! They are dependable, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Freddie took the time to explain things to me and give me worst case scenario. Damage was actually not as bad as originally expected so he adjusted the price! Would definitely use them again!!

Had a soft spot in my sub-floor from previous owners, Wolf Construction came and helped get us squared away. Really quick response time and professional service.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. Removed our water-damaged laminate flooring and cabinets in only a few hours. Took samples for asbestos testing and promptly communicated results. Sealed off the area and dried out subfloor with nice clean equipment. Communication throughout was top notch. Thank you Freddie & team!

Had some moisture issues from a leaking roof in a rental property. Freddy promptly came and assessed the situation and had an affordable estimate to me the next day for demo and dry out. He got right on the project and was very willing to directly communicate with my tenants and my drywall/paint person, saving me a lot of legwork as I was out of town. Top notch service and results! Wolf Construction will definitely be my go-to on future projects!
