Had a major clog over the New Years weekend and they came out first thing Monday morning, and even accommodated my work schedule. Very nice, efficient, and fixed the issue. Would recommend any time.

I had a "burping" kitchen sink, caused by a malfunctioning vent system. Drew came and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was fast and efficient, and the cost was reasonable. Very happy with Sweeney.

I have used Sweeney 3X. Once to repair a burst pipe, once to replace a garbage disposal, and once to fix a water heater in a barn. I had 3 different techs. Each time, without fail, the plumber was skilled, professional, and courteous.

Take my advice! Don't attempt do-it-yourself plumbing repairs. Watching a YouTube video and having regular household tools is no match for a professional plumber and their experience and specialized tools! What had already taken me hours of stress and anxiety (and probably would never have been completed successfully) took a Sweeney plumber about 30 minutes to properly repair. They were on time, very professional and their fee was beyond reasonable! Never again will I even consider trying a plumbing repair myself. Call these folks, you will not be sorry.

Contacted Sweeney to help tune up a few leaky sinks, as well as replace a toilet. We had good communication from the central office, and the tech was efficient and did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

Sweeney plumbing replaced three aging toilets with new Toto toilets they recommended. Original work was completed within their estimate. When there was a problem with one of the tanks, they replaced it without question. They stand behind their products and their work. We will definitely continue to use them.

My issue with this bad review is not so much for the plumber, but for their scheduling team. The lady we spoke to on the phone about coming out for an estimate said that they would be here between 8 and 9 am. It is now 930 am so we gave them a call. She was very rude on the phone and said that we are the 3rd people to call this morning and said that she had said in our previous phone call that they would be here between 10am and 12pm. Which is NOT true. I dont like being lied to, or have talking to someone that is so short tempered. May be something they'd like to fix to have us as a continued costumer. As it stands, we are cancelling our appointment.
