These guys are great. They've gone out of their way to accommodate us after a house fire. The electricians are smart and personable.

I've had this company do several repairs both on my business building and on my parents house. They were prompt, fair on pricing and definitely know what they're doing. I have nothing but good to say about them.

I had a range plug in the garage that was being used for my last dryer. The idiot that installed my old dryer, cut off the part of the "L" shaped plug and jammed it in. I call Scofield and they came out the next day, which I appreciated (some places don't come out that quick) very much. The electrician was named Stan, he was very professional, courteous and very nice person. He went and got the right plug for me and got me a small extension cord for my freezer that had been wired into the old range plug. He got the work done in an hour and everything is working beautifully. I would refer anyone with an electrical problem to call Scofields.

I asked for an appt and the receptionist said someone would call to schedule. The next morning someone called and said they were on their way. I didn't have anytime to prepare, as in move furniture away from the problem areas. I presented him three straightforward issues that I need help with. I'm not electrician which is why I called. He got really confused and left abruptly.

This place may have good electric service, I really don’t know, but they have terrible customer service. If being treated as a valuable person or entity is important to you, this is not your place. I run a small Airbnb in Florence, OR and a guest reported a wall heater had stopped working on a recent cooler June day. I called Scofield in Eugene for help. They charged $150 per hour and he replaced a small wall heater that costs about $130 on line. They charged me over $900 for the three and a half hour job. Being a business owner, I know the distance between Eugene and Florence having driven it a hundred times. Still, Scofield insists it was an hour longer job than it was and overcharged for the heater. I tried to reach the the owner, but was diverted to the office manager by a curt and noncaring telephone assistant. The office manager insists that $900 was their final price even though the “bill was already in the mail” without final discussion with me who was obviously attempting to negotiate the bill. The office manager would not budge on price saying it’s “union”. Their high priced electrician problems should not result in outrageous and untrue increased customer’s bills. My experience is that they did not value my opinion or my side of the story and the fact that they sent a bill without completing our bill negotiations, proves that.
