Trew and Tommy of PNW Property Care LLC were incredible to work with. They are a professional, hardworking team that over delivered with the quality and punctuality of their services. They were able to clear out a massive portion of blackberry bushes in no time and were also able to offer services and suggestions for what to use to keep the blackberry bushes from coming back. In addition to the service I had received, I also was able to have a phenomenal conversation about my goals for landscaping the space. They both provided a great deal of insight into what proper tools I would need to get the job done if I wanted to do it on my own and also if I would want them to help. We had our gutters cleaned by PNW Property Care. Not only did Trew clean our gutters but he blew off all of the leaves that were on our roof, and raked them up into a neat pile out of the walkway to our home. We will be using them again!

Trew is reliable, honest, fair and offers really impressive customer service with his check-ins and follow-ups.

✅️He did a great job with the much-needed pressure washing on our sidewalks and driveway.

✅️Most recently, we experienced an ice storm that decimated the trees. He came out and cleared the debris from the property and the rooftop. He also did a way-overdue cleaning of our roof and gutters. (Omg they were bad)

Let me add this: of all the services that I've used over the years for the upkeep of my home and property, Trew/PNW Property Care is the only one who has texted me to check in. Trew did an amazing job on my roof! He's decently priced and works hard for it! My roof was desperately in need of some TLC and that's exactly what he did. No job is too big for trew will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great customer service prompt to respond showed up on time treated for moss removal and pressure washed our driveway, roof, and decks. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants stunning results!

I don't understand all of these reviews about great customer service. I requested an estimate for gutter cleaning, and when Trew came out, we discussed it and he was going to send me an estimate just for the gutters, as well as another estimate that would also include cleaning my house and back patio. It took him a week to send the estimate and he only sent one, which included all of the things I requested, plus additional services I did not request. When I asked him to remove one of the 6 items on the estimate, he took away the multi-service discount. At that point I said I just wanted to go with the original plan of the gutters, plus the back pavers, and he now said he has a $500 minimum. He originally came to quote just the gutters, so something is definitely off. I recommend steering clear of this guy, unless you want to be upsold and overcharged if you don't accept all of his recommended services.
