I used Valley Cleaners for the first time last week and they are AMAZING! From the booking part directly with the owner Molly, to their actual cleaning, people the whole experience was amazing. Molly was very flexible and I received immediate response every time there was communication. Jenn was our cleaning lady and she was extremely good. We had her for a deep cleaning and she was there for eight hours and it was worth every penny. Buy the time she was done, our home was completely spotless.

When we first moved to Eugene, I did an intense reach-out to every housekeeping service in the area. Here's what I found out, so let me save you some time: IF a business responded at all, it was always a 3 hour minimum and they told *me* what they would do, not what I wanted them to do. Many are actually located 3 hours away and can only come on limited The rates were also extremely high (and we are from California where we are accustomed to higher prices on everything). Our home is small and only two of us live here and we didn't need bedrooms done - just the main house living areas. Valley Cleaners not only promptly responded to my inquiry, they listened to exactly what I wanted, offered a reasonable rate and we love the professional they assigned to us, who is now a regular every week. I trust her- and the owners of Valley Cleaners and our professional does a good job - even our dog likes them. It is a wonderful necessity and luxury to have our home cleaned for us, but to also be able to work with such a professional team - both administratively as well as the actual housekeeping- is a true comfort.
