I am very pleased with the work Gavin did at our home. He came to service our water heater and went beyond by fixing our thermostat as well. Nice job Gavin!
However, after checking the hot water at the bathroom sink and the thermostat, they are NOT working as expected!

Everyone at Marshall’s was both professional and friendly throughout the process of getting our aging heat pump HVAC system replaced. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the two young men who installed the new system, Shane and Cody..they spent ~11 hours at our home, making sure everything was installed properly. They were friendly, hard working and patient/polite with questions we asked throughout the day. We would gladly have them back for any future HVAC needs we would encounter.

The installers did a great job. Very professional. They left our home better than they found it. Erique, and Mirlo were polite, and pleasant to be around. The inspection passed with flying colors.

Very good company to work with. Great help in selecting the perfect stove that fit our needs. Installation crew was very meticulous installing the new stove.

Marshall's takes care of our heating & cooling here at Imperial Floors. Their professionalism, punctuality and assistance is always appreciated by us.

The guys did a great job installing a new HEPA filter as well as leveling the outdoor ac unit. As to the latter, they leveled the pad beautifully and installed sound eliminating/absorption feet on the unit after cleaning it. The whole thing looked brand new when they were done. They answered questions and were respectful and patient in doing so. Couldn't have asked for a better team.

Just had a new gas fireplace installed. The gentlemen that did the install haven't even been gone 5 minutes, and I've already called Marshalls to applaud the service these guys provided; they were Exceptional in every single way.

E and E from Marshalls did an amazing job from beginning to end, and they've earned some loyal customers here; it is my understanding that this was a particularly difficult install--or so we were told by one of their competitors--which included some light demolition work and creating a way to pair the mismatched existing exhaust system with the new unit; and, you wouldn't have known it by how smoothly these guys did their jobs.

They were professional, courteous, prepared, and entirely knowledgeable; they communicated everything to us in a clear and straightforward manner, answered whatever questions we had. I think they actually left the areas affected by their work cleaner than they were before they started.

Oh yeah: The fireplace looks and runs great. (Funny that makes up the least of this review, but that's how great the service was.)

P. S. I thought about posting a picture of their great work.........aaaaand, the mantel is still off--for inspection--and it looks unfinished, which has nothing to do with them. Only managed a pic with one E.

Marshals is a great company that hires hardworking, knowledgeable technicians. They had been doing the maintenance on our ancient HVAC system from 1973 for the past 20 plus years, and kept it running well past the point when most systems give out. It finally died last month and they installed a new system that is a major improvement. They went above and beyond when it came to installation and making things work for our particular needs.

Great service from Marshall's for a heat pump they installed. Luis and Braedon were both highly knowledgeable, on time, took care in their work and did a beautiful job, all in one day!

Our heat pump was recently installed and we were very happy with the result. Luis and Edgar were very professional and they told us what they were doing. They cleaned up afterwards and they even installed a barrier protection to prevent an accidental hit by our vehicle. They even made a hole so that condensation will go to the ground instead over the concrete slab.

Employees were very friendly. They were asked to be carefull with our antics, and they were great. The time they were here was reasonable as they worked efficiently together as a team.

Edwin was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job and was very competent. We would like to have him come again next year.

Danny Landreth did an excellent job with our annual maintenance. He was courteous, professional and thorough. We will be requesting him for our future maintenance and service.

Zack did a great job cleaning and restarting my gas fireplace so it’s ready for winter, He explained all the work he performed and showed me how to adjust the blower fan. A good value for the time spent.

So pleased with the whole process. From going to the showroom, all the information about the gas insert, how the removal and new install works. The person that came to do the measurements and the estimate, Jeff, was very informative and respectful. He answered all my question before I even asked. Very professional. The installers, Luis and Shane, were were right on time. Great teamwork. Very pleased with my choice. Highly recommend.

Danny the technician was very polite and helpful answering all my questions about my HVAC system. He did not push any other services on me but offered the necessary maintenance fixes needed. Been using Marshall’s since I purchased my home and they have never disappointed.

Zach fixed my fireplace today. He was very professional, knew what he was doing, and answered all my questions. I really appreciated how thorough he was in checking out the unit. Thank you Marshalls!
