Good price, the owners are the workers. They packed efficiently, were considerate of our property, and didn't bang or throw stuff around. Picked up all the annoying little pop bottle caps. Will definitely call them back in the future when we tackle the garage.

Thinking of a roll off? I was, but I'm so glad I didn't go that route this time.
I was a little embarrassed about the state of my property when I was getting ready to have HB come out. "So much garbage" and I felt guilty about it.

It ended up being an amazing experience. The time and care that was put into the sorting and removal of my items made me feel so much better about getting my space cleaned out.

Service was amazing: Timely, efficient, professional and courteous. They came to help me at a time when I just couldn't do it myself, and far exceeded any expectations I had.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these folks to my closest family and friends. Or even have them over for dinner, they were really that awesome.

We recently purchased a home that had an old structure on the back of the property that needed to be removed. I got quotes from three vendors, and HB Junk Hauling was one-third of the highest quote and 60% of the next highest. The low price made me nervous initially (I tend to believe you get what you pay for), but I was very happy to be proven wrong in this case. Shawn and Marla did the job quickly and professionally, and went above and beyond to help us out when issues came up.

They are saved in my phone for all future jobs. Choosing to work with them was one of the best decisions I've made this year. I suspect you will feel the same.

They are friendly and I like that they are big on recycling and resourcing! I admire their work ethic and their commitment to community. Shawn & Marla are an awesome husband-and-wife team. My sister had passed away, leaving a jam-packed storage unit. Shawn & Marla worked with us efficiently to haul out the stuff, separate donate-ables and recyclables from trash, and rescue the few irreplaceables (photo albums, yearbooks, my dad’s military medal, things my mom had sewn, etc).

They knew we were on a budget, and they totally worked with us to figure out how to keep costs down by letting us do some of the work. By hauling one load (in our minivan) to NextStep Recycling and another load to Goodwill, we lessened the total volume needing to go into their truck, which saved us a lot and kept us within our budget. Whew.

Also, they are fast!! I called yesterday morning (Monday); they answered right away, and met me yesterday afternoon at the unit to provide an estimate; they were able to schedule us for today; it’s now Tuesday afternoon, and we are all DONE. Wow! After months of dread, suddenly the whole job is done in just over 24 hours from the time I first called them. THANK YOU Shawn and Marla. You are the best. ❤️
