Calvin and his crew were very professional. They were knowledgeable of their product. I worked construction for 30 years and it’s so nice to have reputable contractors to work at my house. I would highly recommend them to someone wanting quality work at a fair price.

As the owner for 23 years of a large professional office complex in Corvallis I've probably tried every HVAC contractor in the area. About 2 years ago I switched to Rice Heating and I've had a WOW experience with them. You call, they actually answer, they are friendly, they schedule your job quickly, the tech arrives ON TIME and to date have always fixed my issue at a reasonable price. I have dozens of HVAC units in my complex and my tenants need to be cared for quickly so they can conduct their business. I highly recommend Rice Heating & AC.

We recently hired Rite Way Electric to install new smoke detectors in our home. The team arrived on time, explained what they needed to do for the smoke detectors but also a carbon monoxide detector. They worked efficiently and also answered questions I had about other potential electrical work we might need done.

Calvin Rice is the best! He installed my gas furnace in 2011 and continues to provide excellent service. My hot water heater went out in 2013 - he was able to replace it in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this company for their expertise and excellent customer service!!

Rice's installed two mini-split systems in our home (2021) and a new heat pump in our rental property (2022) - - and all continue to function perfectly. Rice Heating installed our old furnace more than 20 years ago and have been great to work with when needed. So when we decided it was time to upgrade to a more efficient system and include AC we asked them for a bid. Calvin Rice visited and thoroughly inspected the system, explaining his recommended solution and comparing it to other options. We accepted his bid which was competitive and clear. Todd and Patrick completed the install very efficiently, which required some challenging concrete drilling for new venting. Vince completed the AC and was quick to solve a minor furnace problem when temperatures dropped into the teens. We are very happy with our choice of Rices Heating and are confident they will provide us with quick and knowledgable service if we need it in future. We thoroughly recommend them.

I have been with Rice Heating since December 2017. My old furnace quit working. It was a couple of days after Christmas and the out side temp was 38. Calvin Rice came out that day and a couple of days had a new York gas furnace installed. It is working great. I have a tec check it out every year. It is very clean and running great. Rice Heating team is top notch service company.
Calvin even came to Waldport. My mom could not get any service. The next week she had a electric furnace installed and working great.
