As always we get excellent customer service from this branch, not only are they friendly they are knowledgeable, understanding, and always there to help! I highly recommend not only this branch but Lennox as a whole, Lennox is an incredible brand that will go above and beyond to take care of their customers.
Also I would like to thank Dan at this branch, he is there for us when we need it, he has always gone above and beyond which has made going through them a breeze. We sincerely appreciate Dan for all of his help!

B2B sales only, but they were nice enough when I showed up and directed me towards Nor-Mon as an alternative for personal sales. The website could be clearer that they only sell to licensed techs.

I had already found the part I needed on Amazon before I went here, so just completed that purchase rather than driving around town.

Horrible phone service. I called them and asked how much a part was and they asked me what name it would be placed under, when I told them I didn’t understand what that meant they hung on me. This is not how a customer should be treated. 100% will not be calling or ordering from this place again.

It takes a week to get parts from this store for your furnace, avoid this brand at all cost
