I am a builder in the Portland area and have used Chris and his team numerous times to locate and troubleshoot underground plumbing. He and his team have always been extremely professional, prompt and affordable. I have even used his services numerous times on my own house and will continue to rely on CT Drains.

Our kitchen drain was barely draining and backing up a bit. I am so glad I found CT Drains. I was able to easily book an appointment on their website the same day which gave me some piece of mind we'd get it fixed quickly. Chris has great communication and is super professional, knowledgeable and clean. He cleared up our kitchen and basement drain quickly and efficiently. He also gave us some good tips to help keep our pipes running smoothly. Will definitely call them again if we have any drainage issues.

Chris and his team are great! They have been incredibly responsive and efficient in scheduling jobs. The level of communication and follow-up regarding our projects has also been excellent.

CT Drains is so great to work with. I found Chris online when searching for someone to clean out clogged storm drains. Super easy to make an appt online (which I appreciate!) Chris was on time and very professional. We had a rather complicated issue with water in our crawl space so he's been in communication with me frequently to see if it's getting resolved. (Another company is handling the crawl space issue) Chris has been out twice to help us get this resolved and I know he'll stick with us until this problem is permanently fixed! We appreciate CT Drains and Chris so much! Highly recommend and he'll be our plumber from now on!

People like Chris are "rare" today....a true professional who takes immense pride in his business at every level. Chris was out at our house Friday to deal with a blocked line at both the kitchen and Laundry Room. They go the extra mile to make sure they do the BEST job possible, they inform you of all the details and make recommendations as needed and charge a fair price. I have done Real Estate professionally for 25 years and I would 100% recommend Chris o Family, Friends and Clients....no hesitation.

I just had CT come scope some roof drains and vents on a rental property I own in SE Portland. I am not all surprised they have a 5 star rating. The details in the videos provided and the assessment were the best. Do not call any other company for issues like this, they will treat you right. I am a contractor as well and work hard to keep my 5 star rating as these guys do and trust me that is VERY hard. Job well done guys thanks so much. The transparency of pricing was huge for me after calling around to other companies and finding they were significantly higher or did not get back to me right away. I am so relieved to finally have a contact to help with clogged drains! It was refreshing having Chris come and help clean out a couple of clogs in my home. He was honest and up front about the prices, which were extremely affordable. Great communication and punctual! He arrived promptly within the window he specified to me. Respectful of our home, kids and animals. He cleaned up after himself too. Overall he exceeded my expectations.

Chris and John were already having a very busy Friday all over Oregon when I called them. I had both tub and 2 toilets draining issues and I was referred to them from Fusion Plumbing. Not only did they do all they could to fit us in that night, but John arrived on-the-dot when Chris said he would. John was incredibly professional and courteous, and I thought the charge was very fair. I highly recommend CT Drains!

When our kitchen and bathroom sinks started to drain slowly, we contacted CT Drains and Sewer Solutions. Chris was able to quickly clear the drains as well as give us some tips for how to keep them from clogging in the future. While here, he also helped troubleshoot some problems we were having with our garbage disposal and toilet for no extra charge. So, when it came time to upgrade our kitchen faucet and toilet, we contacted their company again. John and a trainee were able to install both the faucet and toilet in a couple of hours. They put in some extra effort removing the old kitchen faucet. (We had initially planned to install the new faucet ourselves but could not manage to get the old faucet off the counter - it seemed permanently affixed!) They also hauled away the old toilet and faucet and left the job site clean. The staff at CT Drains are friendly, professional and quick. The pricing for the work was also fair.

Chris and Cameron at CT Drains were great to work with! We had a bad clog in our main bath which was solved to perfection by Cameron. Later we worked with Chris to water-jet and inspect about 150 ft of sewer line on our property. Both jobs were handled professionally, on time and budget. Thank you!

I had a leak in some very old pipes in our laundry room. CT Drains was able to come out the next day. They gave me a two hour window and called before coming. The gentleman they sent out fixed the pipe expertly and efficiently. I can’t say enough good things about this company and highly recommend it.

We had a kitchen sink clog. Chris called me within a hour of my online service request, gave me a simple estimate based on my description, and set me up for the next morning. Job technician Cameron messaged me that he could come a little bit early which worked fine for me. He got right to work and did some pre-inspection of other sink drains and the toilet. He brought the big snake and was able to clear the drain without additional issues. After a week the drain is still working! He cleaned up the sludge spillage under the sink and helped me understand what was happening. I’m sure we’ll use CT Drain in the future - it took 50ft of that snake to clear it. 🤯 Overall, great work, confident and knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. Thanks so much!
