We contracted Rayborns to change out our trim and rough in valve in our grandmother’s home. They were completely professional, quick and precise in their work. They scheduled the labor within a couple of days, showed up on time, and did what was asked to perfection. Andrew and Debbie in the office made life easy, while Pete, their plumber, was extremely kind, and meticulous in his work. We are so happy with their work, and would definitely recommend to other people needing plumbing work done in their homes!

I have been using Rayborns since before the new ownership. They have done nothing but great work for me even if they had to reschedule. Pricing was fair and work was hastily done.

Rayborn's was very helpful in referring me to a restoration company that helped me identify the issue with water that was under my parents' house. Although it turned out not to be a plumbing issue, Shawn's prompt assistance helped me to move forward with preparing my parents' house for sale.

Great service! Calls are answered by a PERSON, not voicemail and a plumber came during the timeframe I requested. He ascertained the problem immediately and fixed in 20 minutes. I am scheduling further repair work and will be recommending Rayburn’s to family and friends!

Had a unique water hammer problem related to the irrigation system. Four previous service calls could not resolve the issue. Irrigation company suggested Rayburn’s. On the initial call I could tell they understood the problem and offered solutions. Chuy came out and suggested several solutions, which he installed. The problem is resolved. Great service and very knowledgeable !

I have worked with Rayborn's for over 30 years on commercial projects and my residence. They show up as scheduled on time and the price is fair. Both their office people and the crew are great to work with.

Really great work and responsive.

Somehow my faucet on my shower got busted at the end of last week. I decided to call Rayborn's this morning to see when they could come out. They originally told me that they might have to order the part and that it would take maybe a week to get it, but that they'll come out next Thursday to get it taken care of. I would have been totally happy with this, since I know plumbers are very busy right now. However, they called me back a couple of hours later and said they had a quick opening this afternoon and sent someone right over.

Their service plumber did a fantastic job and was very fast. 10/10 would use them again! Thanks!

Rayborn’s Plumbing (and Chuy in particular) did a great job of repairing a burst water pipe. The work was done well, promptly and at a reasonable price. I heartily recommend using them!

Chuy did a great job on installing our new kitchen sink faucet. He was nice, very professional & cleaned up when he was finished. We've used Rayborn's several times over the years & they have always excelled. Thank you Rayborn's for having such a professional & knowledgeable staff.

Rayborn's Plumbing deserves 10 stars if I could give it!!! I had a LOT of misc. plumbing needs. Everyone I delt with at Rayborne's (shout out to Mike, Debi and Pete) really were amazing. I felt like I was family! Pete came out and spent hours taking care of a list of concerns with ease. He showed me what the issues were and explained what (and showed me) what was causing it and what he was doing and he even checked all other possible causes to ensure that everything was checked and taken care of.
They clearly care about their customers, because it does indeed show! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rayborn's Plumbing for any plumbing related concern!!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from an outstanding company. Definitely a 10 star company!! From the first call to Rayborn's (Mike, Debbi) everyone was so helpful at a time of crisis. I felt like I was dealing with a first rate company from the very beginning! I had a pinhole leak in my copper pipe and did not know who to call. Debbie worked wonders getting a plumber to me as fast as possible...faster than I dared hope for. Chuy came out and took care of the problem with ease. He checked other areas to ensure that everything was working as expected and even took the time to show me how I can check for myself in the future, if I am worried that I have another leak.
They clearly care about their customers and it shows!
