Andrew was absolutely amazing and thorough. He pulled a ton of debris stuck down the drain and Made sure all pipes were clear and working order before he left. Would definitely use him and his company in the future for our plumbing needs

I was able to schedule a service visit only a day or two later. Kevin H. was able to diagnose the problem with my water heater right away and had it replaced that same afternoon. He was excellent at explaining the problem, the repair/installation process, and the maintenance process. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I purchased Roto - Rooter's Pro Plan a week ago which offered a few great advantages! Tech, Kevin, came out initially to do pipe assessment and verify size of old hot water tank and location. The pipe assessment was helpful and informative. I decided to have installation 2 days later.

On installation day, Kevin kept me informed of arrival time so I was not lingering waiting. Technicians, Kevin and Ryan, were well equipped to install the new 50 gallon water heater in a very tight spot! Not only was the job done well, but they performed installation in record time!
