Tyson and Corey were wonderful! Tyson came out on Monday to diagnose what was going on with my old furnace. Friday he and Corey were at the house to install the new system. Within less than 4 hours,we were back in business.

Wonderful staff to work with. I had a new ductless heat/AC system and tankless water heater installed in my home and garage. Tyson and Corey were great and worked with me through the whole process. Very informative and answered every question I had. Satisfied customer!!

Tyson and Corey installed a new ductless mini split system and tankless water heater in our log cabin. They did excellent work, were careful to leave cables hidden when possible and tidy when not, and were friendly, personable and nice to have around. When installation was complete, Tyson coached us on use of the system—VERY helpful! It was an expensive installation, but we’re very pleased with the outcome and can’t say enough about how good Tyson and company were to work with!

My system is running smoother than ever! It started with a phone call where I was treated with respect and that office manager made sure everything was set up for success before sending a tech out. The tech, Tyson Redfern explained everything step by step as he worked. I’m sticking with this company. Services Mt Hood villages too.

Amazing service by Corey and apprentice. They took their time to make sure I had every detail I needed to make decisions for now and in the future. I was given options not offered by any other company. After 4 days of no heat we are again comfortable with what turned out to be a very easy fix. Definitely will be using for future upgrade. They even noticed our water heater and made sure we knew they could help with that as well!

Mr Perez arrived at my home during the time I was quoted for arrival and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part was available in Milwaukee and he made sure to get the part and repair the furnace the same day. Gresham heating and air conditioning is a great company to work with.

Tyson and his crew were very professional and did outstanding work. They gave me a quote on installing a complete new heat pump and all new ductwork as needed in our addition. He answered all my questions and educated me and saved me a lot of headache and trouble with trying to figure out what was needed
And he was right on with his estimated time and quote. I highly recommend Tyson and his company to anybody who wants to install a quality product with superior craftsmanship.

Friendly on the phone and available to get my thermostat issue taken care of quickly. The part that I liked the most is that they were able to give me a quote over the phone without charging me a service fee to come out. Corey did a fantastic job!!!

GREAT experience. I felt like Tyson was honest, thorough, explained everything to me and answered ALL of my questions. Even knowing we have a family member that does HVAC, and would possibly be doing any new installs, he took alot of time to explain. In the end, we feel good going with Tyson for our new install.

Tyson kept us informed during the whole process. He found the problem told me the price of part. He had the part we needed. I approved the cost. He installed the part preformed testing on the system. Back up and working fine. Enjoyed talking to and watching Tyson do the repair. If repair are needed again will call and request Tyson.

Thank goodness for Rene! Being new to this home, we had many many questions about
our heating /cooling system. Rene was so patient and informative. He serviced the furnace and installed a new thermostat that we love ❤️ Now we are excited about signing up for the membership service program he shared about. And once our ducts are cleaned we plan on getting a new filtration system that he told us about too.

Tyson Redfern did his usual thorough job checking and cleaning the furnace. He is an expert on furnaces. Mine is over 30 years old and now needs replacing. Tyson explained about getting the new furnace which will be smaller and more efficient. I trust his judgement. I highly recommend Tyson Redfern and Gresham Heating and Air Conditioning.

Very pleased with our service experience with Gresham heating and air-conditioning.Tyson Redfern is a good man.Both Tyson and the office manager Debbie worked hard to make sure we were taking care of at a fair price. Our high-efficiency furnace/air conditioning thermostat was failing. A replacement was well over $1500.Thankfully both Tyson and Debbie‘s Efforts we were able to replace the Thermostat with a alternate one at less than half the price.❤️ . so if you need a repair, be patient, there’s a reason why they are so busy.❤️

I have never delt with such a great team as Tyson and his team. They are great.
