Joe and his workers in June installed 2 Fujitsu ductless AC units in our little ranch - we could not be happier. Joe pulled no punches, gave us multiple estimates and accurately predicted his timeline for us. His price was excellent (we had 3 other estimates) - his work was top notch - his communication was quick - he worked with us very well at every level. We could ask for no better than what he delivered. Many thanks to Joe and Quallet.

Joe and Joe were great! Honest in their evaluation, helped me figure out the issue with our system quickly and how to fix it without spending an exorbitant or unnecessary amount of money. Would definitely recommend and will be using their services again in the future.

I became a client of Quallet a few years ago during one of the last major frigid seasons we had. My furnace stopped working and my previous HVAC contractor was unable to schedule a service visit that day. I called 5 other HVAC contractors and left messages for all of them. Quallet was the first one to call me back and Joe said he was very busy but could be out there in the afternoon, probably around 3.

Joe called at 1:00 and said that he was running a little bit late and that he wouldn't be out until about 3:30. About 3:20 Joe showed up and was able to repair the furnace.

The following year, when it was time to replace my furnace, Joe did the work. His price was right in line with what other vendors were quoting. He arrived, with an assistant, right on time and completed the work. He spent time going over how the new furnace functioned and provided me with the warranty information.

About a week later Joe called to follow up and see how the furnace was operating.

I can't say enough good things about Quallet. The work is professional, the prices are reasonable, and Joe has always been prompt and courteous in his dealings with me.

I had a concrete project around the house and needed to disconnect two AC units while the pour the concrete and reconnect when they are done. Joe was absolutely amazing in his service. Came quickly to disconnect the day before the pour and came right after to reconnect the units since it was July and very hot outside. We had a small problem with the thermostat inside the house and Joe was patient to test it and to find the problem. Since then, I recommended him to few family members. Keep up the great work!!!!

Technician was professional, friendly and informed me about everything going on with the gas heater. This is the second time I've used them as they installed my water heater a couple of years ago. I will continue to utilize their services.

Joe and his crew did a great job in replacing my worn out 15 year old Fujitsu mini-split with a new unit. Joe was quick to respond (via email, text, and phone) throughout the bid process and came in at close to 20% less than the big/corporate HVAC companies. Did a great job on the install and we love our new system.

Joe and Tim were thorough, professional, attentive, excellent communicators, and did a fantastic job installing ductless ac in our house. We had a limited time frame they had to work in and they accommodated us, had a great price and warranty for the top of the line equipment they installed and were absolutely fantastic. We will be using them for maintenance on the machines going forward as well as maintenance on our boiler and hot water heater. They were honest, respectful of our space (drop cloths everywhere, shoe covers, etc...) and made the project happen in two and a half days that others quoted would take a week or longer.

Service is exceptional! They came right out and new heater was installed next day ! Timmy is the best and extremely pleasant and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend to anyone !

Joe and his crew are miracle workers. Our central air unit and one split unit upstairs went in the midst of the first severe heatwaves. The company that has serviced it in the past wanted an arm a leg and our first born to get us back up and running.

They guys were beyond nice, happy (yes workers actually being happy does make a difference) informative, polite and quick to complete the work. Answered any questions my curious teenagers had and had us up and running quickly

And the price was below my best dream price allowing us to save our summer plans and live comfortably within our home.

His number, website and company info are all now saved in my husbands and my phone as well as written in the book on our fridge.

Joe and his son came to run some new HVAC wiring and smart thermostat for me as my current one was no longer working. They were efficient, friendly, helpful, and did great work! Will absolutely be my HVAC go-to guys in the future!

I was really happy with the service from Quallet. Our relatively old heater stopped working on a winter weekend and Joe was able to come out within 2 hours. I called other companies and the wait was 2 days. Within an hour he had the heater running smoothly, vacuumed out the vents and even gave us tips on improving the overall performance for just a few bucks at Lowes. I'm so glad I gave him a try after reading so many positive reviews. I won't call any one else from now on!

My family and I are appreciative of the services Joe and company provided. Our AC went out one night and when my mom called the next day Joe showed up that night to assess the situation. He gave suggestions on what he thought would be best but never pressured us one way or another. His team came a few days later and installed a new unit which we are very satisfied with. Joe & Tim are awesome! They did a masterful job installing central A/C along with a pair of mini-split units in my parents old stone home 5 years ago. This required thorough planning for placement of ducting throughout multiple levels without unnecessary lose of precious closest space. They have serviced unit annually since and patiently assisted my mother over the years. Thank you

Our boiler stopped working on Thanksgiving and we had Horizon come out to try to fix it. They ended up causing other issues that lead to a gas leak and wiring problems and left us without heat over the holiday. We then found Joe and the Quallet HVAC team. They came right out, diagnosed the problems, replaced our unit and fixed the wiring issues immediately. They were exceptional to work with. It’s hard to find great, honest service. Quallet HVAC is awesome and we’re thankful for folks like them.

I enthusiastically recommend Quallet HVAC! I recently lost heat during a cold snap with temps dipping into the teens. Worried about my family and the pipes freezing, I called around for estimates and Joe and Quallet HVAC gave me an honest assessment and reasonable price point. I was quoted quadruple for the same part by a much larger company that insisted I needed a whole new furnace which ended up not being the case. Joe came out and not only replaced the blower, but noticed a couple other issues as well and fixed those at no extra charge. My system is now running great and I am eternally grateful. When it is time to replace the whole furnace, I will definitely call upon Quallet HVAC! Thank you Joe and the rest of your team!

Joe Quallet came out to install a new furnace. Not only was his prompt, efficient, and friendly, but also went above and beyond to explain the different options we had and was incredibly patient with our questions. His prices were incredibly reasonable and I can't thank him and his team enough for coming on a Saturday! I would highly recommend them if you want an honest family owned company that takes care of their clients. We will be calling once it is time to install a new condenser! Tim came out promptly to assess our heater that wouldn’t stay on. Issue was quickly resolved. He was fantastic and very nice. Will definitely use Quallett HVAC in the future.

Quallet HVAC came out to check my AC unit when it stopped cooling. They identified the problem quickly and replaced the broken/dead part. My house quickly cooled and I would definitely use this company again!
