Tom at TK Owens Mechanical has been my go to guy for nearly two decades. He has been nothing less than reliable to me and my family with all of our HVAC needs AND MORE! I once had a roof leak and Tom, being so crafty, made a perch so I could access my third floor shingled rooftop safely! When you do decide to use TK Owens Mechanical, you are choosing a contractor who is going to exceed your expectations and provide you with quality service and that’s no bs!

My heating system burned out and needed replacement this winter. Knowing HVAC work can be costly, Tom provided an amicable solution in 2 parts. Heater was immediately replaced and he just replaced the coolant portion. He is knowledgable, honest, prices/quotes are fair and he offers alternative solutions to meet your budget.

Tom is great!! He gets the job done. He was fast, efficient, and most importantly, reliable. I am very pleased with my new system

Edited. - originally gave this contractor 4 stars Had them com e back when an issue occured with the hvac. Original post:Persistent in finding a solution to an unforseen issue that arose when replacing thermostate. Rate was reasonable and was not going to charge for additional time it took to solve issue. Professional and cleaned up. Update: Thinking the persistence he showed , as noted in my previous review, was due more to lack of knowledge and/or experience. I called him back after hvac stopped calling for heat. Communication was poor, he left the repair job at my house abruptly, and left the situation worse then itvwas when he came. No communication. Texted him and called him to give him an opportunity to communicate with me. He never responded to text or boice mail. Do not hire.
