The counter guys here are the best in the business. Despite being a smaller supply house, they always have what I’m looking for.

These guys are good! Went in there with a picture of my toilet and told them my problem. They immediately knew what I needed and had the part in stock. I don’t know much about plumbing so having a place like this close by is golden! Thanks!

They are always pretty helpful to me.
Edit: once again they saved me from having to hire a plumber! I can show up not knowing the lingo or with a picture of what is wrong and they have always steered me in the right direction. Thankful to have them in the neighborhood.

I don't know what happened two years ago. But the experience I had with Bob at the counter and the other gentleman, whose name eludes me right now, could not have been more professional, they knew what they were talking about with a great attitude and pleasing the customer, ME!!!
I have gone back multiple times since and have always received great service with a great attitude and humor thrown in at times.
Maybe it was a situation where you got what you gave??

So glad I chose these guys. The gentleman (Adam) behind the counter was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very patient and thorough even though there was a lot going on in the store. We will be back!

Ordered online. Came to the store and representative answered all of my questions in detail, offered advise and recommendations. They even loaded heavier items on my truck. Will definitely use again

When the big box retailers could NOT figure out the type of faucet stem for an old tub I needed - if I could find help that is... these guys figured it out in literally a few seconds. The stem is perfect fit, saved me a ton of aggravation.
