Jake, Tim and Luke provided exceptional service, and went above and beyond what we could have ever expected! GSI came highly recommended to us and we are so grateful. In 2020, we were looking to upgrade our 30 year old furnace and were in need of a new a/c unit. From the initial evaluation visit all the way through installation of the new equipment, they answered every question we had, explained different options to us and showed us how the equipment works. A year later now, we had to have our newly installed a/c unit moved for plumbing work and they did an amazing job with that as well. We are so pleased with their professionalism and quality of work. Very courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy, and really great guys. Would highly recommend GSI to anyone needing HVAC services, and happy to know we have a reliable HVAC specialist for future needs.

Jake and Tim and the rest of the crew were an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way. They were honest about the work and their recommendations, responsive in their communications and timely in their arrivals and installation, fairly priced with no sales gimmics, and truly professional throughout the entire process. Other than the brand new heating and cooling units and a spotless mechanical room, they left no evidence that they were even here. If there is one company you absolutely want to work with, it is GSI.

Very professional and overall great experience! Called in the morning when my AC was on the fritz, they had a technician out by the afternoon. The technician was very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions. He tried everything he could to fix my AC without trying to take advantage of me and breaking the bank. I truly felt that I was able to trust them. At the end of the day, had to get a new unit. Scheduled the installation, got a call and they got me in early, yea! And it was right before a really bad heatwave. The installers were very professional and did a great job. GSI went out of their way to help me with getting the best deal possible. I would truly recommend them for anyone needing HVAC needs!

We had a great experience with Grossi Services Inc. we originally contacted them to repair our old furnace but it turned out not to be worth fixing. They were able to Instal a new furnace the very next day. They gave us lots of options to pick from and walked us through the choices. Everything was spelled out clearly and made it easy to understand what we were getting and a total price. The Instal couldn’t have been easier. They arrived on time, completed the job in the time they planned and left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. I can’t say we had a single complaint about our interaction with them. It was perfect!

OUTSTANDING BUSINESS!!! I needed a new ac/furnace. Jake and Tim provided me with different options and explained each one. These men are very knowledgeable. courteous, reliable, and prompt. They are willing to work with you and provide you with the best service possible. My new furnace looks like a piece of artwork compared to my old furnace contraption. Absolutely fantastic experience! Our AC unit was old and kicked the bucket. Jake and his team were quick and professional in getting us a quotes on a few options and then came out to install the new unit. The work is tidy and clean, the unit functions wonderfully. If you want good, clean, honest work, then your best bet is Grossi Services Inc.

Grossi has been my heating/ac company for a while now (recommended from a friend years back). I have never experienced this type of amazing customer service and quality work from anywhere else. I recently had an AC unit installed by them. Not only did they work hard to find the best fit for my house and pocketbook, but they also installed it quickly and professionally. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Jake and his team were absolutely the best. Very professional, answered all of my questions in detail (which is so helpful because I know nothing about HVAC), and did a fantastic job. They replaced my entire HVAC and it is working better than ever. I could go on and on, but I will absolutely stick with Grossi Services for anything I need in the future!

Grossi brothers and crew were great. My new furnace was a difficult install and they worked diligently until it was completed. They have always been great in the past when called for service even before this new installation of furnace and ac.

The Grossi brothers and their team did an amazing job with our new heat pump with electric heat backup. They were patient with my many, many questions and provided more than enough information to help us get the right system for our needs. From the two months we've had it, it looks like we're actually saving money on our electric bill, compared to the old oil furnace and window A/C units. The installation was clean and quick, with the team showing up on time and working efficiently to get the job done. Above and beyond what we paid for, they repaired some ducts they noticed were disconnected. I would definitely recommend them, and have!

Tim, Jake, and the rest of the GSI team did a great job installing an AC unit into an older home. When I had questions, they were knowledgeable, professional, and kind enough to show me as much information as I needed. The install is great - the team worked diligently and gave us the best value for our money. Very happy with how quiet the AC system is and how well the system works!

Jake and Tim were very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. They took the time from initial consult through the project's completion to answer any and every question that I had. They worked with me to design a system that met my home's needs, ensuring that duct work was all appropriately sized, and the HVAC system met my needs. They also took the time to recommend system enhancements to optimize performance, while not pushing or using up-selling tactics other contractors often attempt. These guys are extremely honest and do phenomenal work. My new furnace and accessories were all installed in 1 day, including a complete system calibration. I highly recommend Grossi Services for any and all heating, air conditioning, or plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Grossi! Price was fair, easy to work with, installation crew were top notch. I would give Grossi an opportunity to bid your furnace and/or air conditioning system replacement, you won't be disappointed.

My furnace went down at Christmas time, along with many other folks' furnaces I'm sure. It was dreadfully cold, but Jake Grossi was out right after I called to check on the problem, give me options, and got me up and running right away and at a better price than some of their competitors. Exceptional service, tremendous attention to detail and precision, speedy resolution to the problem, and they left the house as clean as when they came. I'd use them again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend them.

10/10 in every way!! We got the unfortunate news that our furnace broke on the coldest day of the year — and with two little kids we were nervous on what we would do! Within less than 24 hours of the technician’s analysis, Jake and his team came and installed a new furnace! They are wonderful people and a wonderful company and I’d recommend them to anyone!!

I can't say enough positive things about the fantastic service from Grossi Services. Jake and Tim were exceptionable at installing my brand new air conditioner, repairing all the lines, putting new everything in, to make sure that my furnace and air is running at top performance, including an energy efficient thermostat. The quality of product and service is top-notch. High quality products and service above and beyond from this company. I highly recommend them!!!

In April 2023, I went through a purchase and installation of a new hybrid system (furnace and heat pump) with Grossi. Could not have been happier with the entire process - through the presentation of options to preparation for the work, and finally the installation itself. Professional and responsive the entire way. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat!

Now in February 2024, I used Grossi again for a hot water heater replacement. Our old one was purchased from Lowe's and was still under warranty, so it was an unusual situation: I needed Grossi to help remove the old heater, take it to Lowe's where it could be returned for store credit, pick up the new one, and install it. Jake's flexibility and attention to detail through this process were outstanding. The new install was cleaner and better than the old one, and actually gave us a little bit more room around the heater for future work if needed. Thanks again, Grossi!

Great first experience with Grossi Services Inc! Had an attic furnace replacement and Jake explained why the prior install (not GSI) had failed and the changes he recommended to avoid the same failure and protect the property. Tim, Jake, and the install crew were all super professional and left a spotless worksite. Definitely give them a call.

Jake, Kevin and their crew were so professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained everything and accomplished an excellent air conditioning install. They went up and beyond and did a wonderful job cleaning up too. Would highly recommend and they will be first call if we need other heating/cooling device .
