100,000% recommend. They care. They show up. They don't rip you off and are priced very reasonably, especially for the North Hills area where everyone likes to price gouge.

Titan just installed a split unit AC for us. It could not have gone any better. The 2 techs they sent out (CJ and Anthony) were fantastic. Did the job in a timely manner and did a wonderful job of cleaning up. I highly recommend using them.

What could have been...this was the carbon monoxide exhaust pipe in our home. Within hours of this dangerous situation Titan HVAC was working to fix the problem with two new furnaces and much safer exhausts. I can't express how happy we are (and continue to be) with the work from Titan HVAC. Their installers are very friendly. The owner came to explain the situation himself. This happened in the middle of winter and we stayed warm, thanks to Titan HVAC. We've used them in all of our homes..and always will. Highly recommend!!

There are barely words to express my utter delight and amazement with Titan. It is so rare to find a company (in any industry) that is honest, hard working and does what they say that are going to do and even for a fair price. I am a female with very little knowledge of how to rebuild a condo and I have unfortunately had constant issues with my condominium. I have been dealing with contractors of all types for nearly two years. Erik and Aaron are top notch professionals that exceeded my expectations in all regards. They replaced my HVAC system and have been available to answer my many questions and they even taught me how to work my system. They are patient and very kind people. Also dealing with Camille and the other office administrators has been nothing short of wonderful. This is an organization that is run like few others; professional, extremely knowledgeable, prompt for appointments and fairly priced. I highly recommend you contact Titan for any needs you may have. Titan installed a mini-split heat pump at my house. Nice guys doing the work. A few weeks after the installation, we had our first few 80+ degree days. The unit didn't put out any cool air! Oh no! I called Titan, and they sent their tech out the next morning. Turns out there was a small leak in the coolant system that drained the unit over the weeks between install and first use. Young guy fixed it up, checked it out, and we are back up rockin' and rollin'. Those with character own and correct their mistakes. Good enough for me any day.

We lost our air conditioner on a weekend during a high heat period. Eric , the owner, took our call on a Sunday, and knowing our situation all ready from prior recent visit, made it a priority to order a new system he had previously quoted. Arranged install for two days later, upon delivery of unit to his warehouse. He sent out two tech, Sal and Cory, who did a great job getting us back up and running. They were polite, explained everything and left our property clean, orderly as though they were never there. We have had Titan since replacement of furnace and air conditioner 12 plus years ago and have been pleased with their process and sales and services. We highly recommend Titan!!
