My sink was leaking, and they came out quickly and fixed everything the same day! Very straightforward, thoughtful, and courteous service.

I called Plumbing Pals because my basement laundry sink was nearly overflowing anytime we used the shower or the tub. Tommy showed up exactly when expected, he came in inspected the issue and got right to work. He performed a water jet and carefully cleared the line, once cleared spent additional time to run all drains to insure the issue was resolved. I highly recommend these guys for all of your plumbing needs.

All in can say is wow! Called at 9a for a drain clog was greeted by a friendly scheduler who provided a time within an hour for service. After hanging up the phone, received a text that Tom is on the way. Tom arrived and was friendly and went right to work to solve the problem. Tom was very communicative as to what he was going to do and cost estimate. Finished within budget and back in business with no more clog. You just don't get service like this from companies. So, should you have any plumbing problem don't waste time with wasteful texts or contact forms, call Plumbing Pals and your life stress will be relieved quickly with excellent staff and quality work. Called for service (cleaning out soil line) at 8:00a.m. Mechanic was at my house at 10:30a.m. Good communication and professional service. We have used "Plumbing Pals-Economy Plumbing" before and we'll use them again. Mechanic Gabriel was courteous and professional; cleaned out soil line with hydro-high-pressure system. Reasonable cost for clean out. All good.

Super Service & Work Again from the Plumbing Pals Team! I called the office at 12 noon for what we thought was a leak with the dishwasher. The office had a Team out here in 90 minutes….Same Day Service! They resolved the initial problem and uncovered a blocked drain line issue that we weren’t aware of.

After a thorough hydro drainage cleaning and soldering of an additional pipe, everything is working like new again!

We have NEVER had “same day” home repair of any kind resolved the same day, let alone within hours!

Prompt service was provided. Had a toilet issue at a rental property and they sent someone right away within the hour of calling. Relatively simple job, but Tim provided great communication from when he arrived to when the job was completed. Definitely will be using Plumbing Pals again in the future.

Tim and his work partner were punctual and both very professional. I needed 3 smaller plumbing jobs performed and 1 slightly larger job performed and they excuted them all in a timely manner without the lack of quality. They cleaned up after themselves including all trash that was left from the supplies that were provided by me. They even went above and beyond and installed my new toilet seat without my request. I would recommend this company again and again for anyone who has plumbing needs, as I've had nothing but great experiences all 3 times within the past 5 years.

I had a problem with a leak in the water line to my refrigerator and I needed to get it fixed quickly. When I called Plumbing Pals they were able to send someone immediately. The two men, Tim and Sam, were able to quickly fix the problem. They were professional and no-nonsense and I am very happy with the service they provided.

Quick, easy, reasonably priced. Called first thing in the morning after my main drain in the basement started leaking, guy was sent out within a few hours. Got texts when he was on his way. He was very polite. Evaluated the problem and was clear about the price. Problem was fixed same day for a reasonable amount. Can pay by card. I will use them in the future if i have other plumbing issues.

They were quick and responsive and able to get out in short notice. Their technicians are experienced and completed the job (installation of a new water heater) quickly and efficiently without any issues. Would recommend.
