Excellent service for commercial customers. They do a thorough job at diagnostic, tell you when they can get parts if necessary and return to repair in a timely manner. That's all you can ask for.

Really got me out of a jam! My Vulcan oven was not evenly heating, causing myself and my staff issues. Rayburg came out same day and saved the day. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous and VERY efficient. Fair price too! Will use for any appliance repairs and service I need in the future.

They make appointments and then do not show up or call. Happened twice. As an excuse I was told we dont really service residential. We mainly do commercial! Then why did Sharp set up the appointment? And why did they take the job? Very unprofessional and very frustrating for the consumer with a broken microwave!
