Omg, don’t use these guys UNLESS you want TOP QUALITY AND GREAT customer service. Anthony, the owner/operator is one of the most professional, disciplined, and detailed oriented people that I’ve done work with. I still believe that he was in the military but he won’t admit it. When he say he’s going to be somewhere at a specific time, best believe he’ll be there at that time, if not earlier 😭😂. Very good guy and would 100% recommend Scavo Solutions to anyone. Before finding Scavo, we had tried to hire someone else to demolish our very thick concrete slab. When they couldn’t complete the work, I called Scavo and they were not only able to successfully demolish the whole thing, but they demolished it and it was even THICKER than we initially thought! What we thought was only up to 8” ended up being double that, but Scavo had all the tools to finish the job which was amazing. Anthony worked efficiently and neatly, and they were able to come out quickly too to complete the work. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!

Anthony and his crew cleaned up a big mess of fallen trees and stumps in my backyard. They did a good job doing what I wanted quickly and at reasonable price.

They did an amazing job of removing english ivy, grading, strom water runoff leveling, bringing good quality top soil and seeding my large size residential backyard in North Wilmington, Delaware. Now, I can plant new trees and design it as I want. See photos of before and after.

Scavo Solutions was an absolutely excellent contractor to work with. This summer I contracted Scavo to do a in-ground pool removal. Work was done on time, on budget, and progress was clearly communicated the entire way. The quality of the work, including compacting was excellent. I would recommend Scavo Solutions.

They did a detached garage demo at my place and it was great. In and out in two days, making sure to work around my needs. Communication with them was excellent. I’d happily use them again.

We feel so lucky to have found Scavo Solutions. We had a lengthy and outdated steel culvert pipe that corroded in our front yard. Anthony, the owner, thoroughly examined the problem and signs of corrosion. I had been communicating with several contractors before I learned about Scavo Solutions. We felt Anthony was a very clear, honest, and effective communicator from the beginning and ultimately trusted him to take on a repair we never want to have to do again. Anthony was also incredibly patient in answering my many questions before, during, and after the job to make sure I was informed. He kept us updated everyday and walked my husband through the different stages of the project as it was being completed. Prior to the job he called the township and PennDOT about permit requirements and identified our utility lines by calling 811. Even after the job was finished, he reached out to see how everything was going and checked in to see if we had any questions. During the rain, he made sure everything was operating as it should be. We found a lot of companies that were willing to do the job, but what set Anthony apart for us was that he seems like a very good and honest person who takes pride in his work and cares for his customers. It was really one of the smoothest experiences working with Anthony because we operated on mutual trust and respect from the get go.

Scavo Solutions did a full tear out of concrete sidewalks on a property I’m renovating. Great communication from Anthony during the entire process, from the initial quote to the end of the project. Great work, and great crew. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Working with Scavo Solutions has been nothing but great! We used them to excavate a trench for our French Drain, along with major brush removal and grading. Not only was the work great, but the communication was impeccable!
