The entire process was smooth, Drew explained everything very clearly when I requested a quote. Both Ethan and Jimmy are professional, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've used them. The vents were still clean from the first cleaning 5 years ago, which was good to hear. I mentioned few of the irregularities from the last visit and they ensured to take notes and improve second go around. They were respectful and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Will use them again.

We have owned our home for 20+ years and utilized various air duct cleaning companies since being here. By far the Air Duct Maintenance company is the best we have ever used. This was their 3rd time coming out in the past 9 years and they are the best at what they do.

The scheduling over the phone was easy, at that time the receptionist goes over in detail all the work that will be done and patiently answers questions.

Today we had Jon and George tag team and work on our home, they arrived at noon and worked non stop for 3 hours, always respectful, they even kept taking their shoes off each time they were in our home.

Once complete with the extensive cleaning of the ducts and registers and the bath fans and the laundry hose. They put back everything the way they had found it.

Jon has been doing this for 18 hours and showed me the invoice detail and walked me through everything they did. Then I paid using my CC, they charged me exactly what was agreed to when I made the appointment, no hidden fees or gothchas.

This is a family owned business and this is all they do and they do it extremely well. They are fair, professional and treated my home with respect and I commend them for this.

We will contine to use this company for our duct cleaning needs for a long time.

I highly recommend ADM. The team that serviced my home went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. In addition to cleaning, They showed me which vents to close to cool my second floor more efficiently. They were prompt, courteous and I felt totally comfortable leaving them to work in my home.

My wife and I have used Air Duct Maintenance twice before on our homes in the North Hills area. We own a vacation home about an hour from Pittsburgh and Air Duct was willing to service that area as well. The property has three forced air furnaces, two in the home and one in the garage. We discussed the project with Dave and sent photos, but he took the initiative to make a trip to the property to verify conditions and job requirements. Communications about the job scope and scheduling were terrific. All work was completed in one day by Tim and Russell who took great care in working in our home. Great job all around.

Very happy with the service I received! My dryer vent was completely clogged & air duct maintenance worked quickly and professionally to clear the vent. My dryer had caught on fire in the past due to a clogged vent , and this service is worth every penny to know we are safe. Highly recommended.

From the start when our call was answered by Brian to all the work Ben did at our home.
We called in with a dryer vent issue that our newer smart dryer alerted us to. Brian was able to squeeze us in sooner than he expected & we were so appreciative because we were fearful of using our dryer. Ben arrived on time & discovered our vent was really backed up. He worked vigorously to get it cleaned out, throughout this process he explained everything he’d done & answered any questions we had in details we could understand.
We also had Ben replace a broken terminal cap & add a few pest guards for peace of mind!
We couldn’t be happier with this team’s service & highly recommend them!

Communication was great from the time of quote, booking the work, and reminders before and the day of work. The 3 Air Duct employees were very courteous and friendly to talk with and they performed their work in a reasonable time and worked efficiently. I had a great experience and will use them again.

The Air Duct Maintenance crew was professional and efficient when cleaning my air ducts. Tony and Hunter explained what they were doing and worked hard to keep my house clean including the use of booties and washing their hands. They also used drop cloths and corner guards to protect my home. They were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They showed me pictures of my ducts both before and after. I will continue to use this company in the future.

We live in Somerset, PA and recently had our ducts cleaned by airduct maintenance, inc. out of Pittsburgh. They did an excellent job! Everyone at the office we spoke to were very helpful explaining the process. Our ducts were extremely compromised but the gentlemen who cleaned them were very efficient and did a great job. You can see in the pictures how they looked before and after. They cleaned up and were very respectful, both guys were really nice! We could feel the difference in the air flow the first time we used the system, the air feels cleaner and the system works better. We feel this will help our overall health and absolutely recommend this company!!!

These guys are fantastic. Seriously. From the customer service rep explaining everything in detail, tons of email communications, and just fantastic in person customer service. The techs are no BS. They come in and get stuff done. We had a lot of vents. They’re now thoroughly cleaned inside, outside, and they vacuum up any remnants left behind. Highly recommended and will 100% use again.

Scheduled air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning with Craig who was wonderful explaining the process. Fortunately air ducts werent too bad since they were done 3-4 years ago. Dryer vent needed cleaned out. The guys were timely, professional, and explained exactly what they did. All the vent covers were cleaned. They were sanitized too especially where my cat had an accident. Great job and will use them again in a few years.

I have thought about having my duct work cleaned for many years. The quotes I got from zerorez and Stanley steamer seamed high. I did some research and found this company. Affordable, punctual and very nice workers. They did a great job and my runny nose is gone! Highly recommend. Thank you Ben and Jim!

I had a great experience with Air Duct Maintenance from start to finish. When I called to inquire about the service, the representative was very friendly and helpful, helping to understand the process, etc.

When the techs came to do the work they were also very friendly and did a great job! They shared before and after pictures to help show the impact of the work they completed. I would highly recommend the company to anyone who is in need of this type of service.
