Saki of SK Heating and Air Conditioning has been servicing my HVAC system for the past 4-5 years. He is always prompt, neat, polite, and professional and I really like the convenience of communicating by text.
One thing that sets SK apart from other service companies is that he has never attempted to sell me anything I didn’t need. I can’t recommend Saki enough.

Antonio was terrific. My AC issue involved a lot of trouble shooting, including climbing over the neighbor’s roof to get to the unit on my roof. I was very impressed with his diagnostic skills and determination to figure out the problem, which he did! He was also pleasant and professional, and our puppy loved him. Kudos to Antonio and SK

SK Heating and Cooling came out to check my Central AC which was not cooling. They responded immediately to my phone call, Saki came out at the same day right on time, checked my system that is outside as well as the part that is in the attic. He diagnosed the problem, fixed the Central AC system, changed the filter, and got my system working. I am relieved to have found a company/AC expert who is reliable, efficient, thorough, and knows his work. I am grateful that Saki is punctual, respectful, and very professional. If you are looking for a very honest, reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable company/person for your air conditioning and heating, SK is the company to contact. Without a second thought. I say this because I have experienced their work and also been disappointed with a different AC service company that was not a great experience. Thank you, SK, I appreciate your service very much.

Called sk on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. I was having issues with my AC unit not blowing cold air. Saki came by and explained everything he was doing, ran a bunch of tests and determined that I was low on coolant. He seemed knowledgeable and honest. Would recommend for future work.

Our heater was fixed quickly and efficiently - diagnosed and fixed within 3 business days - and Saki took the time to explain and show us the issue and answer all our questions honestly. He was transparent with the cost, timing, and realisticness of the possible issues that were causing the problem. We’ve also signed up for bi-annual tune ups for AC and heat and are already on the calendar for next Spring.

Our new construction home has proven to be quite the unexpected handful and it was great to find someone trustworthy to help with this latest issue. We were so impressed with the professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

Have been using Saki at SK for years for my rental portfolio along with my personal residences for all my HVAC service. Always takes care of my family and our tenants. Most other companies will try to sell you things you don’t need but Saki is always honest and straightforward. A quality that’s hard to come by.

I have to commend SK Heat and Air Conditioning for the work they accomplished on my AC. The unit was not functioning properly and Saki arrived and was able to troubleshoot the issue to the source and additionally discovered a faulty thermostat that was wired erroneously. His technical expertise was impressive and he was able to resolve the issues seamlessly and talk through his work to a high level so you knew exactly what the issues were and how he was amending them. It is evident that this company takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction. I commend Saki on his thoroughness and help throughout the process.

I recently learned that my entire HVAC system needed to be replaced. I decided to go with SK, as they have serviced my unit in the past and have always been easy to work with and highly responsive. I already had a good impression of SK, but now I can say confidently say that I will only be working with them. The instillation crew, Bill, Eli, and Jack went above and beyond. They were kind, efficient, and respectful. they arrived promptly at 8am, and they were all cleaned up by 3. They listened to all of my questions and answered thoughtfully. They even helped with my WiFi when it suddenly went out. They took the time to show me how everything worked and made sure it was set up properly on the app on my phone. They even checked in with me about my carbon monoxide detectors (which are a must if you have natural gas). I felt taken care of and at ease, which you want to feel when you are spending so much money! While going through the process of replacing my unit, Chris, the team leader, has been amazingly responsive. He answered every phone call and every text within seconds. He understood my concerns about costs and offered a payment plan that worked for me. I only have positive things to say about working SK. I highly recommend them!

I was able to get an appointment the same day after my AC stopped working, which was great given the time of year (middle of the summer). Antonio was awesome, really friendly and identified the issue quickly. He explained what part needed to be replaced and gave me suggestions on ac unit upkeep. My AC started working again immediately and I’m super grateful.

Bought a new house and AC wasn't working properly (classic). Victor came out and explained everything he was doing as he did it which was super helpful as a first time homeowner. Hooked us up with refrigerant and got us back in business. He was awesome and will be doing all our yearly maintenance with SK!

I rarely write reviews , however, today writing one after a long time due to great customer service.
I’d a HVAC water leak due to clogged pipe and broken pump. SK did a great job and fixed the issue real fast. On top, he shared his life success story that was truly inspiring. Guy is a hustler and knows his stuff, plus he charges very reasonable rates!
The previous owner of the house also got servicing from SK. You won’t regret a bit!

I have been using SK for quite sometime, always a 5 star experience. Victor came to house to explore an issue and found out not an AC issue. Victor than did a service/tuneup and explained everything while he did it. He is excellent, super polite and very knowledgeable. This is why I always use SK, there service is the best.

We have used Saki for all of our HVAC needs for years. He extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy. From maintenance checks and troubleshooting issues, to installing a new system, his rates are extremely reasonable. I always appreciate how fast he comes out, especially since issues never seem to arise when it's convenient. Plus he is a local small business in our community and treats everyone like family. I trust Saki and his guidance completely and recommend him wholeheartedly. He really is the best.

SK Heating and Air Conditioning is truly the best. Saki is professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He saved me last year after my furnace started acting up. I originally hired a competitor (you’ve seen their billboards) and they were terrible! Then Saki came and fixed things. I’ve continued to have him for my periodic maintenance for heat and AC. This year he diagnosed a small problem with my furnace setup and remedied the situation. Since then, everything has been great! He really could have fleeced me (given the issues that the furnace had been giving before), but instead he was very honest and also fixed the problem!

SK Heating and Air service is awesome. Victor who serviced our home was very detailed and gave needed information for the service. It also helps he has a great personality and keeps your home clean using shoe covers. I will be back as a customer. Keep up the great work.

Saki and the SK team are the most reliable, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable workers I have interacted with. We first met Saki during an emergency air conditioner issue while living in our first home - he came and resolved the issue quickly, was transparent about costs and expectations, and supported us. We began using his services for annual maintenance checks for all HVAC since that time. Now, in our second home (about four years after first meeting), he is still our go-to for annual maintenance and any issues. He is one of the hardest working and authentically kind humans we’ve ever met. I could not recommend him with stronger praise. He is worth it and will always treat you right.

Saki has been servicing my AC and furnace for the past 6 years, and I would trust anyone on his team. Today was the first time I met Kos. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient. Thank you for the great service!!

I could not recommend SK more. My air conditioner broke during a hot Philadelphia summer, and they were able to get me a fast appointment. Koz could not have been more courteous. He was punctual, explained everything that he was doing, made a quick assessment, and had my air conditioning up and running in the blink of an eye. Will definitely use them again.
