Our heat stopped working in the evening so we called Keller Heating and Cooling. They came in a timely manor, figured out what was wrong and fixed it for a great price. Recently, we needed our hot water tank replaced, we called them immediately and they got it installed in the same day! That was a huge plus when we have two young kids. I value this local business so much.

Mom had a heater issue. Called Zach Keller and he found a way to fair her into his busy schedule today. Showed up at 7PM and fixed the issue. Professional and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Zack has done several furnaces for us now. I'm always amazed how fast he can get me an estimate and the turnaround time for a start date is incredible. He has taken care of us in emergency situations and has always given a super fair price.

Zach was wonderful to work with. He responds promptly, did not try to oversell me an expensive air condition and went above and beyond to address the necessary and urgent services in timely manner. It is refreshing to work with honest people these days and Zach is one of them.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used Zach and his crew over the last couple years. They are always quick to respond/arriver and get things figured out and fixed. Fair pricing and always professional. Nobody else i would consider needing to use as these guys are knowledgeable and great all around.

Our heat went out this week, which is always stressful during these cold days. We called Keller Heating and Cooling, and they sent someone out right away. Thankfully, the issue turned out to be a common part that needed replaced. He was able to get the part the same day and returned that afternoon to fix it.

Had him replace a furnace and water heater (closet install) October’22. The water heater high pressure valve was jammed against the closet wall and leaking after installation. No drain tube was attached to the valve. I sent him a text about the situation and no attempt was made to correct the problem. I had to cut a hole in the closet wall to free up the valve and also had to install a proper drain tube myself. He also left my wood flooring dirty and scratched after dragging the old unit out.
As for the furnace, upon opening the filter cover to change the filter, I discovered the furnace/ AC had been running for months with NO FILTER. also he used the old condensation drain instead of replacing. Somehow it became blocked with debris so now water is leaking from the unit. I’m replacing that myself today.

At the start all was good. Zac Keller came, quoted a price, it was accepted and the process of a new furnace installation began. This was late march. Furnace installed in 1 day. He had some problems bleeding the registers. I called him and informed him there were some leaks in pipes he installed on the furnace. He returned, several times actually, he tried bleeding registers again, I still heat in sporadic places in the house. Let's make a long story short, it's mid may, I still have no heat, furnace pipes are still leaking, the other day the furnace was making noises and it was shorting out ( electrical) because of leaking pipes and electrical parts. Thankfully I was home when this happened. I have shut power off to the furnace. My calls for the last several weeks have not been returned, neither have my text. I have paid in full and have a furnace that doesn't work. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to.

Would not recommend Keller Heating & Cooling. The previous owner of house hired them to install a 2.5-ton air handler and heat pump last fall. After moving in, we noticed system was not running efficiently due to low heat and high electric bills, prompting to pay a HVAC company inspect and repair the system.

Turns out, the system was not wired up correctly and incorrect thermostat installed. If the installation had been properly tested after install, this issue could have been completely prevented. Only recently obtained information that Keller did the original installation, so I reached out to Keller to discuss the issue. Unfortunately, he really showed no interest in making it right, despite it being an incorrect Installation on their part.

A professional company should stand behind its work, but that wasn’t the case here. If you're considering Keller Heating & Cooling, proceed with caution and have the work inspected.
