We had a lot of issues with our AC after purchasing our house in 2022. Qualitech assessed the issues and helped solve them, following up multiple times to ensure we were satisfied. It’s a great company run by good, respectable people, and after the dedication we’ve seen from them, they’ve guaranteed this customer for life.

Had annual service for AC UNIT completed today,’z
Team did a great job, The team is very professional, showed up on time. Did the HVAC service also installed a Wi-Fi programmable thermostat and got our AC ready for the upcoming hot summer months .
They also cleaned up afterwards

I wouldn’t trust any other company for our HVAC needs.

Qualitech 's competitive pricing, and willingness to install unit better than previous unit won me over. I had it installed my way. Didn't get the hard sell for a generic brand HVAC/Gas Furnace, and now I easily registered my unit with Carrier for the 10 year transferrable warranty. Qualitech also worked around my schedule. No problems.

They guys showed up when we needed help. Our thermostat stopped working in our rental property in Philadelphia, while we were out of the country on vacation. One call, they showed, problem solved the issue, and our tenant was back up and running with heat. Peace of mind is priceless, and these guys delivered.

They removed my old oil furnace and installed a new gas fired one. Their rates were competitive compared to other contractors and the work quality was top notch.

I used this company during the hot summer. I wasn’t sure I would use Qualitech Heating & Cooling again. I had my doubts.

So I gave them a second try. Left message and Mike the owner called me back in a timely manner for routine maintenance appointment.
Very fair and competitive price. They beat most companies.

This review is late in coming, sorry about that. Qualitech Heating and Cooling installed a new central a/c and heater for us a few months ago- they were prompt and did excellent work, we are very happy with our new heater and air conditioner- Highly recommend!

Mike and his team were great to work with from the get go and I would absolutely recommend them. Mike came to our property for the initial assessment and was incredibly professional. He listened and gave suggestions as we asked for them. With this being my wife and my first time purchasing a new HVAC we received approx 6 other quotes. We took our time reviewing all options and looking at reviews and landed on Qualitech as the top option, and we're very pleased with our decision. The team that came out were on time, and you could tell they knew what they were doing. The heat pump was replaced on the roof of a three story house in the city with no walk up access (had to access via ladder). There were a couple additional requests my wife and I had beyond just replacing the heat pump and air handler and the team not only was more than accommodating but they were able to knock out the entire job in one day. They also ensured we had all the information needed for registering our equipment warranty. We plan to use them for future projects.

The technicians in this company are professional and kind. They did an excellent job with my heating problem last week. If you are looking for a company that takes their job seriously, I do recommend them.

I stumbled upon Qualitech through yelp. They were very professional and able to make time to see me during a heat wave within 2 days. They were able to identify the issue on the spot and checked all possible issues. They were on time and able to help me to be able to diagnoses the issue on my own! They were affordable and didn’t charge me additional for any fees and transparent on the phone regarding costs on the phone prior to the appointment.

Very professional team starting with the first scoping visit, detailed and itemized price quote and a great installation crew that managed the entire HVAC replacement and haul away of the old equipment within a day.

Our 12 year old AC unit broke right in the middle of June. We needed a new AC unit and I contacted Qualitech Heating and Cooling based on the great reviews on Angie's list and Google reviews. Mike (Owner) promptly sent a technician to our house to give us an estimate. Technician was very learned and he spent considerable time taking all the measurements and asking questions about the areas that were not getting enough cold air. He suggested to upgrade the AC unit from 2.5 to 3 tons and adding a few more ducts/vents. Their estimate/quote was much better than other quotes I received from other companies. Additionally, they were ready to install the new AC unit within a week that came as a big relief to us.
The installation crew came early in the morning and started working right away without wasting anytime. Within 5 hours they were done installing the new AC unit (both outside and the inside units), hauling away the old unit, installing a new thermostat, adding the duct work and vents. The crew was very polite and they worked very quietly. They didn't make or leave any mess behind.
Mike, the owner called me 2 days later to make sure that I was happy with the work and if the AC was working great. He also reminded me to register my AC units for the factory warranty.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and I strongly recommend Qualitech to others. Their prices were the cheapest and quality of work delivered was great.

I found this company on Google and read all of their 5 star reviews and was most impressed with them. I contacted several other companies and they were one of them that came out to give them a quote for my in laws' air conditioner. One other company's quote was only for the air conditioner and it didn't include the cost of a new heater, plus they told me that they wouldnt charge for a service charge but the person that came was going to bill them. Then, Qualitech came and gave them a free quote and they did an awesome job! Mike and his crew are so thorough and meticulous. I am so happy that they took such great care of my in laws and did not try to take advantage of them. This is an awesome company, they are very reliable, provides great customer service, and reasonable prices. Qualitech is a company that you can trust, I am going to recommend them to all my family and friends!

Qualitech is a wonderful small business. They installed humidifiers for our home. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I like that they wear booties inside our home, and are efficient with their time. I would highly recommend them and their services, we would use them for small and large jobs in the future. Their pricing is fair and they don't oversell.

After calling numerous companies for estimates I settled on this company. Starting with the estimate, they were the “best by far”, and they installed Carrier units. Mike did not try to sell me on anything, but he explained the entire process extremely well. Installation was quick and since they installed few weeks ago, the system is running well, even with the current heatwave. Don’t waste your time calling other companies for some ridiculous price estimates, call QualiTech for all your HVAC needs.

We recently had Qualitech install a new Carrier heat pump. Mike is very knowledgable about the systems and gave us a timely, detailed and competitive quote. Arsen and his team did an excellent job of installing the new heat pump system on our roof and ensured that everything was balanced and secure. They found that the previous installer did a poor job with our ductwork, which caused inefficient performance. The team adjusted this ductwork and we notice a significant improvement. The system was installed very neatly and the team was very polite and timely. The install was so clean that you wouldn’t even know that work was done. Our new heat pump runs quietly and efficiently and we’re very pleased with the outcome. We will certainly use Qualitech in the future.
