I had services provided by Chris Rivera for a second time and the services were amazing! Extremely professional, timely, and affordable. Chris was very knowledgeable. I will definitely continue working with this company!

Region is the best they have serviced our 2 homes for over 25 years. We have replaced our windows in our condo which are heat and cold efficient. We have also replaced thermostat to better manage our home temperature. Everyone is knowledgeable friendly and totally dedicated to helping their customers. I highly recommended this company. 💯 RECOMMEND!!! We just had a brand new Amana heat pump system installed by Region. Could not be happier with their level of service, professionalism and efficiency. The guys had our new system up and running in no time. They worked with us to find the best price that worked in our budget and truly had our best interest in mind. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

My new roof is amazing...I can't believe how great it looks. The crew were so nice and left it all clean and tidy. I came home to a stunning roof. Devon and the team were wonderful. I've never worked with contractors that were so easy to work and delivered even more that I expected!

Was having problems with my air conditioner. With the hot weather it was struggling to keep up. Was at a loss of who to call. My neighbor recommend Region Home Services. They used them a few years ago and were very satisfied with them.
I called and told them my problem. They sent a service rep out that afternoon. I told him the air ran a-lot and didn't seem to keep up. He thanked me and said he will look at the unit.
The unit is pretty old. We lived her 12 years and it was here when we moved in.
After a while Bill the rep came back in. He said the unit has seen better days. But that he could get it to run a little better. I was concerned about putting money in to it. He said it was up to me. Either way he could help.
Long story short we decided it was better to replace the unit. I felt confident in Region because there was know pressure in deciding what to do.
They gave me a few choices of several units to choice from. Explained the pros and cons of each unit.
We decided and the next day they showed up on time. Very professional installation. Clean job.
Both me and my wife are so excited about our new unit. We are so pleased with Region. You get what you pay for. Great service, Great Price, Awesome Service Techs. 👍👍

Very punctual and knowledgeable from setting the appointment to the technician. Couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. Highly recommend whether you need a new unit or just a tune-up. You can’t go wrong with Region Home Services. And they also install windows and shingles. Beautiful work at a very fair price. Can’t recommend this company enough. You won’t be disappointed.

Edit to add: I have now used Region Home Services for a new HVAC system, new windows and vinyl siding on my home. They also installed a new front door and storm door for us and will be doing new gutters shortly. This company is outstanding and they employee amazing workers! They dealt with the surprise of not having plywood on our house (surprise to us as well) and only had to add 2 days to the project. They just finished the siding and windows today and I am in love with the work they did. This will be my go to company for any home repairs that they can handle! They are outstanding, respectful, hardworking and so very kind.

Can not rave about this company enough!!!! After 2 months of no air conditioning and dealing with a slow home warranty company and crappy technicians, Bill was able to come out, diagnose the issue (leaks in the system and new system had to be installed) and get us on his schedule as fast as possible. He came out with a few guys this morning and got the new unit installed and running same day!! We now have a nice cold house! Absolutely call Region Home Services for any hvac work, they were amazing and even cleaned everything up after they finished!

I have a split AC/Heat wall unit that has made a considerable amount of noise for the last 12 years. I had the installers out to look at it and was told nothing was wrong. I met representatives of Region Home Services at the Home Show and booked an appointment to have the unit looked at to determine if replacement was needed. Their representative arrived on time, was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem, repaired the unit and cleaned it thoroughly. I am very happy with their service and with the way my unit now works without extraneous noise. I definitely recommend Region Home Services.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Region Home Services, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. I had initially posted in my local facebook group looking for someone to service my HVAC since I am new to the area. From the initial call with Devon to the final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient.

They took the time to quickly verify my unit. The technicians arrived on time, were courteous, and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and explained everything in a way I could understand. I appreciated the transparency around costs and options — no pressure, just honest advice. They even went as far as lending me an AC unit so we could manage the summer heat until my unit could be replaced.

The work was completed, everything is running to perfection and the technicians were excellent. They even followed up later to ensure everything was working perfectly.

We had a new HVAC system installed and we had duct cleaning service. Both services were terrific.

Very professional and the communication was stellar. Did not try to push anything on me. Talked to me about my system and allowed me to ask questions about next steps and gave advice. I felt comfortable setting up sales appointment to explore replacing my unit this summer. (Hope they give military discounts :) )

The follow up call was courteous and professional. Will refer new customers and use again for my heating maintenance needs.

We found this company online. Reached out and they came out fairly quickly. Our old system stopped working and they came out to replace it. I recommend this company 100%.

CJ was very thorough with my fall tune up. Took the time to listen to my concerns and answered my questions about my heating and AC system. Very professional and cleaned up and took the used filters with him for trash. Very conscientious.
