Extremely happy I have chosen Terra to install a new unit in my house. Not only they went over all of the options for me to match best my requirements for the the size and the price but combined it with humidifier build-in option that changed the quality of my dry air. 10 out of 10 !

Not sure where to even begin. Terra Group has saved the day time and again, from complex air conditioning issues — and when the mercury teases 100 degrees, solving the problem no matter how big is critical — to transforming frigid showers into streamy ones because of a tankless water heater that was on the fritz, Alex and his team has always come through. I cannot more highly recommend Terra Group. They are as nice and as professional as it gets. Love these guys!!

Very professional! They were very quick and explained what the issue was. They even sent me information on maintenance and offered affordable follow up services. Would recommend if you live in Philly.

I called Alex from Terra Group HVAC for an AC check up, he was super responsive to come out. When it turned out that the unit needed to be replaced, they did it the next day which is unheard of! Defiantly recommend!

This past summer, on one of the hottest days, my AC broke down. Called a bunch of HVAC places, but Terra Group was the first one to get back to me (thank god because it was one of the hottest weeks of the year). They immediately came out to assess the damage, not only they checked out the AC issue, they also noticed that our heater furnace was very old (which it was about 12 yo), and suggested that they could replace that too and gave us a bundle deal discount. We’ve never felt pressured to go with their services, but at the end of the day it was clear that we were getting a great deal. Our new furnace and AC unit was literally installed the next DAY!!! I was amazed at the speed of their service. Again this was happening during summer time and I was afraid that we were going to melt under that heat with no working AC. We couldn’t be more thankful to the Terra Group team for coming out and taking care of our issue! Deff would recommend these guys to anyone who needs HVAC services.

Price and quality.
They replaced the air handler and heat pump in my house , the air handler was hung up in the attic with very limited access. They did amazing job , still do not understand of how they managed to get the air handler into the attic. Thanks a lot.

Woke up to none of our mini-splits working and would not turn back on. Contacted Terra Group and was told someone would be out between 10:30 am and 5 pm. A technician arrived at 10 am and was able to diagnose the issue (which was with PECO). Excellent response time, well trained and informative technicians! Definitely worth a call for any hvac issues you may have.

They replaced my cooling and heating system 3 years ago and lately a water heater as well. Good and quick service + fair prices.

Best customer service in a world! They arrived on time on my request to change my filter and thermostat to lower temperature. I would recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

Alex was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We needed immediate service and he was there the very next day. The job he did was top notch. My highest recommendation to anyone who needs commercial or residential HVAC work done.

I can not say enough about this company. From start to finish, very friendly, informative and professional. Price was reasonable and time from diagnosis, to parts ordered, to installation was last then a week. No brainer will be using them in future.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Dmitriy showed up the same day that I called and walked me thru the process of what was going on with my AC unit and what he was going to do to fix it. He was incredibly honest and professional, the price was almost 400.00 less than the original estimate that I received! I could not recommend them more to anyone that needs AC help.

Update: I just used them again for a heating issue. Dmitriy showed up and was once again amazing. He was thoughtful and explained everything so well and I felt that he wanted to do the best for me and my home. If you have a HVAC issue use them! They also have a dynamite service package that I plan on getting.

I worked with this group before with small projects related to fixing my AC. I was fairly satisfied with their job. This time I was thinking of moving forward to upgrade my AC to a new system which doesn’t use the old freon. This group gave the best quote and finished job unbelievably fast and clean. They deserved 5 out of 5.

What an awesome team of HVAC specialists! The staff was great with communication and able to be flexible and come quickly to fix my first floor wall unit in the humid dog days of August. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They came out to fix an extremely old wall unit of mine that sprung a leak and stopped blowing cold air. They came out on some pretty hot days here in August and got me going again! Plus, they gave me some helpful pointers about my other central air unit that they weren’t even there to work on. Highly recommended! Thank you guys!

Very responsive came out quickly to give me an estimate to replace two aging HVAC systems. The price was very competitive and they came and installed the new systems on time and budget. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Alex was an incredible help to us! We just bought our house and to our horror, the ac stopped working. Alex came out within a day and was immediately able to diagnose the issue. He is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips and help! I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

From start to finish, Terra Group was professional and prompt with communication. They were recommended by my hone warranty company, and within minutes of my call to get approval for a service call, someone from Terra was texting to make an appointment. They arrived AHEAD of schedule- I wasn't waiting around all day for them. The technician they sent out quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed my issue and was respectful of my home.
