Rich is an extra licensed plumber. He has been our plumber for the last 20+ years and lives right around the corner. He shows up on time, doesn’t try to “up sell” you and returns calls promptly. He had been here in late Nov and Dec to route out drains on each of our 2 floors and replace a kitchen faucet. There was a flood in our dry basement (use to be my mom’s ceramic shop) as our old sump pump exhausted itself trying his job and the job of other 2 pumps. Hubby bought 2 aluminum submersible ones and some parts. We did not realize it was rusted until it fell apart when my husband tried to take it out. Rich suggested different parts than we had and went to Home Depot to buy the correct ones for the pumps we bought. He is personable, honest, reliable and loves his job. Sit down give him some water and discuss what has to be done. Take a chance, you will not be disappointed.

Rich has been our plumber for many years. He's done work for us so many times on various things & at various houses & we are always very pleased with the work.
Recently, I tried to resolve a slow flushing upstairs toilet. I did the auger right to the end, but still no luck. Rich removed a clog somehow & installed new parts in the fill tank. Great job as usual. Reasonable price.

Person after 30 min of suppose snaking drain said it’s not possible to go further with snake and offered pulling toilets and using inspection cameras with high price . Job wasn’t complete and we still get charged but with discount for not completing job.Next day different plumbing company came on and fixed my drain in professional way with no high costs and no need of inspection cameras.
