The AC repair crew, including Cory and Ezekiel, arrived ahead of schedule (after giving us a heads up), wore protective masks, and expertly installed our new AC unit in Berwyn. They were kind enough to let me observe the process. It was fascinating to watch how they tackled the complexities of linking up with our existing water and gas lines.

ezekiel and cory, from a top-notch ac repair service, really impressed me with their work! they efficiently replaced my 5-ton heating and a/c system within a day in berwyn. their conduct was professional and courteous throughout their time spent with me. they even took an extra step by replacing a 50-amp breaker with a 35-amp one to guarantee my system's safety. i couldn't be more satisfied with their service!

Express HVAC Repair is a fantastic company that women can confidently rely on. You can rest assured that you won't be taken advantage of. I'm a woman who spent 30 years in the trades, but health issues have prevented me from doing my own work now. Their pricing is fair, and the quality of their work is impressive. should you find yourself struggling with your ac unit, you should definitely get in touch with ezekiel from express HVAC repair. i can't recommend him enough. i had a pretty rough time with another guy who was only interested in selling me a whole new system. so i decided to reach out to ezekiel for a second opinion. he was prompt in his response and managed to fix the issue, saving me a good amount of money. turns out, i didn't really need a new system just yet. my old unit is functioning better than ever now. i just wish ezekiel was the first person i had reached out to.

Impressive expertise and outstanding customer service! We're situated on the edge of Express HVAC Repair's service zone, and it was a breeze to become a new client. Our appointment was scheduled within a fortnight, and they sent us a notification to let us know they were en route. Additionally, we received an email with a photo and details about the technician, Ezekiel. He phoned when he was on his way, providing us with an estimated time of arrival. Upon his arrival, he briefed us on what to anticipate and promptly got to work. Ezekiel was with us for roughly an hour. He removed our A/C condenser covers, thoroughly cleaned the entire condenser from rodents, insects, and a large amount of animal debris. The unit was also rinsed off with a hose they brought along! The result was stunning! The unit was spotless, and he even replaced wires that had been damaged by mice. The area around the A/C was also cleaned up from any mess that was made, but it seemed like no one was ever there! Exceptionally clean! He also took the time to inform us about their heating services, and we're already planning to reach out to them in the autumn for our propane furnace! An excellent company with fantastic technicians! We're thoroughly impressed!

Cory was simply amazing! He was proficient and well-informed - the finest AC repair specialist we've ever encountered! Our AC unit developed rust one Sunday morning and Cory from an AC repair service was there to evaluate it within the hour. By Sunday evening, we received an estimate and scheduled an appointment, and by noon on Monday, our new AC was up and running in Berwyn! Exceptionally efficient indeed.

I've utilized this HVAC service in the past and have always been satisfied. On this occasion, there was a minor misunderstanding as I didn't realize that they wouldn't arrive if I wasn't able to answer the phone call notifying me of their impending arrival. However, when I managed to contact their office, they were extremely accommodating and worked diligently to arrange a new visit at a time that suited my schedule. This was despite the initial missed appointment being my own oversight. The technician who arrived, Cory, is consistently supportive and more than willing to clarify any queries. He performs his job exceptionally well. I will persist in using this HVAC service, ensuring that I'm accessible by phone prior to the next appointment.

Ezekiel was highly skilled, friendly, and a joy to plan the project with. He provided all the necessary details I required to make a well-informed decision regarding my HVAC system and was patient with my numerous queries and concerns. Since this was my initial significant investment in the house in Berwyn, I was a bit apprehensive. However, the process turned out to be rapid and straightforward. Ezekiel returned with a fair estimate for the HVAC service and they practically commenced the following day. I'm extremely grateful for the fantastic experience and to have my air conditioning system functioning again.

Cory was meticulous and sincere regarding our situation and his suggestions. I was impressed by the service that sent a text before Cory arrived at our house, complete with a photo and brief bio. Cory reached out to his supervisor to discuss the issues with our HVAC system. I received a prompt callback reassuring us that everything will be handled and that we have various options. Someone would be visiting us in Berwyn to discuss the possibilities of a new HVAC system. The quality of work was absolutely five-star.

Undoubtedly top-notch. Having been in the design and construction industry all my life, I can confidently vouch for the furnace and ac installation at my residence by Express HVAC Repair. It was truly impressive. Cory was a pleasure to collaborate with from inception to completion, and the team was seasoned and professional. The installation process was swift and orderly. The systematic wiring and other HVAC components are a testament to their quality workmanship, something I have always used as a gauge during my career when assessing construction tasks. I received several quotes for this project, many of which were closely grouped, including the one from Express HVAC Repair. Honestly, it was a close call between two other firms, but Cory's expertise became increasingly evident the more I discovered. I'm certain I made the right decision by choosing their services in Berwyn.

Overall, I had a positive experience with Express HVAC Repair. Their sales knowledge, equipment, and expertise of the installers, particularly Ezekiel and Cory, were impressive. They were efficient and meticulous in installing the AC unit. So far, the unit is functioning as expected since its installation. There was one minor issue, which I should have addressed earlier. The condensate line was installed draining onto my back patio, which is a bit unusual as my previous line was out of sight, draining on the side of the house. This new line is causing some slight discoloration on my new patio. I'm not sure why this location was chosen as there was plenty of space to put it beside the old one where it drains into a rock driveway. Nevertheless, it's a minor issue that needs to be rectified. The overall service was commendable, and I am satisfied with their work.

The repair guy roman was terrific. He swapped the mouse-nibbled wires in the external heating unit. Basically, he did whatever I asked of him while inspecting the unit, giving me advice on how it should operate and the age of my unit, which i agreed with. He mentioned that we had a good 25-year run with this heater, but due to its questionable dependability, it was time for a new one, which i had to concede. Thanks to his skills, it's now functioning again, allowing me to plan for a replacement without rushing into it. express hvac repair did a great job and i am very pleased.

Ezekiel and Roman from Express HVAC Repair arrived and inspected an HVAC system in my Berwyn home that wasn't functioning well. We figured out that replacing the system would be more cost-effective than fixing the old one. I ordered a new HVAC system and they came back and set it up once it arrived. They were punctual, courteous, professional, tidied up the packaging, and got rid of the old system. I will definitely engage their services again. Their quality of service matches their pricing.

I had various air conditioning repair services come to assess my unit for routine maintenance. The initial one suggested that my 12-year-old split unit required a complete replacement, costing between $15,000 and $20,000. The next said that all I needed was a fresh compressor at a cost of $5,000 to $8,000. The third proposed a total unit replacement, including a new duct system, as mine was not up to code anymore. Their estimate was around $30,000, with the possibility of additional costs depending on the issues they might encounter once work started. The fourth assured me that my compressor was in excellent condition and suggested a thorough cleaning of the entire unit. They also noted potential rust on the coils which might require replacement, and suggested that I might need to replace the heat pump if the correct coils could not be found. However, Express HVAC Repair was the first to provide a complete and comprehensive report, along with images. Cory, Ezekiel, and Roman made me feel like they were giving an honest assessment and a reasonable estimate of $1,500. Following their service, my unit performed excellently even in the intense heat of Berwyn, and it continues to function well.

These folks are outstanding to collaborate with. I had Ezekiel come out to assess my HVAC system, and he clearly pointed out the problem. The cracked heat exchanger on my old unit marked its end. They worked seamlessly with me to provide an estimate for a new system, and I couldn't be more satisfied with that process. Cory, the installation technician, was both helpful and courteous. I will definitely be retaining their services for all my heating and cooling needs in Berwyn!

we recently bought an updated ac and furnace system to replace our old, failing one. the company provided us with a variety of options that fit our temperature control and budget needs. the installation was spearheaded by cory, who was incredibly professional and answered all our inquiries. his work, both inside and outside our home, was of the highest quality. a year later, during a maintenance check, ezekiel showed the same level of professionalism and did an excellent job ensuring our system was well cared for and maintained. i highly recommend this company for all your ac repair and maintenance needs.

Throughout the entire process of replacing my AC system, Ezekiel and Cory ensured that I was consistently updated. Their communication was exceptional. The project took about two weeks since they had to put in a completely new system in my Berwyn home. Both Ezekiel and Cory, along with the rest of the Express HVAC Repair team, were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive in terms of AC repair. They truly made the entire experience extremely pleasant.

i've had to call on an ac repair service for both my furnace and air conditioning unit. Both times, my units broke down at the most inconvenient times, when having heat and cool air was absolutely necessary. The technicians, including Ezekiel and Cory, were able to respond promptly and got my heating system up and running the very same day! They showed real understanding about the situation and urgency. Just recently, i had to call them again when my very old unit gave up. i have three kids and having the temperature soar over 80 degrees in our home in Berwyn was not pleasant. But the ac repair service was there for me. They quickly replaced my unit and installed it that same day. Now, my house is cooler than ever. i really appreciate their consistently excellent and timely service. i wouldn't consider any other company for my heating and cooling needs!
