Brew came out during this social distancing time to fix my thermostat and fuenace/a.c.. He was very professional, wore gloves, had shoe booties on, and had clorox wipes. He was able to fix it while maintaining social distance. Highly recommend!!

I received consultation, advice and free appointment to discuss heating issue due to lack of maintenance of filters. Have an appointment to resolve. Done quickly when I needed somebody to fix issue. I have used others and the bill has always been much higher than estimated. Not this time. Recommended.

Brew replaced my 20 year old AC with a new one in no time. I was very pleased with the service. They removed all the equipment in a timely manner as well.

Our furnace died. It is pretty old. So we called FamilyHvac and Brew came and checked it out. He found a bad part and it ended up being special order. He gave us a price on replacing the furnace as well because he didn’t want us to waste our money on this old thing. When it finally dies we will do that, but for now the heater repair was the way to go. He even lent us portable heaters while we waited for delivery. Thanks Family!!

They're always on time and very knowledgeable about HVAC. And if you do need anything for your system their prices are very economical. They even finance can't ask for more than that from a HVAC company.

Our furnace died during a cold stretch in November. Alden responded promptly on a Saturday to diagnose the problem and present us with our options. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and the extensive work that was needed was completed the following Monday. Had my oil furnace tuned up today and I did something I don't normally do. I stayed with him as he proceeded to do his work. I did this because I felt that in the past I had people that tend to short cut the process . This Mechanic / Technician [Brew] got right to it as we talked about various things. He knew what he was doing and went right through it. Checked all the things I expected of him and made it look all to easy. I feel sure I got a quality tune on that ageing heater.

We recently woke up to no heat in our home. Our furnace had stopped working. We new we needed a hvac contractor and called Family Heating& Air conditioning and we very pleased with their quick response. The tech was quick and honest. He repaired my heater and recommended a furnace replacement. We have an old heater and know we need to get a new one soon. When we are able to, we will be calling Family heating & Air conditioning for our free estimate and schedule a new heating and cooling installation!
