We contacted John Synder early on a Sunday morning because our sump pump discharge failed and water was pouring out of the pipes. Someone was here within the hour and fixed the issue immediately. They also previously replaced a toilet for us. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, especially an emergency one. Thank you!

John Snyder puts customers first. Had a pipe burst in laundry room late on a Friday night. John was at my door in less than 15 min to check on the situation and stabilize us until we could get the work scheduled. John had his guys at my house first thing Monday to do the repairs. Cost was reasonable. Work was great. Concern for his neighbors sets this outfit apart.

John is punctual, courteous and, most importantly, honest. He recently came to my house to look at what we thought was a leaking bathtub. He did a thorough inspection and found that there was no leak, just noisy pipes. He doesn’t try to sell you on things you don’t need and explains everything in an easy to understand way. My mother is very particular with her bathroom, but she was very happy with the way they cleaned up after the work was completed. The price for service was even less than expected. John Snyder Plumbing & Heating is an outstanding and reliable company. I have worked with John for several years now and he is consistently dependable, honest, and hardworking. For the most recent work John and his crew performed for my property, an alarming sink hole formed on my street due to a leaky curb trap which also caused my sewer pipe to back up in my basement. John consulted and walked me through the whole process as he diagnosed the situation. He coordinated getting us flowing temporarily until the big project was scheduled and he relieved all of my worries as we discussed the projected plan. I was initially overwhelmed at the extent of the work which included my street being excavated to resolve the issue. John handled everything and kept reassuring me onsite "It's just another day at the office for us" with a smile on his face, which made me feel significantly less stressed. From beginning to end, it's clear John is confident, knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest. He explains everything, is transparent with his pricing (which is already more than fair), and does so with a pleasant and friendly demeanor. His team of workers are incredibly focused yet just as pleasant and kind. They have worked on smaller projects in my house many times now, so it was nice to see familiar faces working on this one. For my particular problem, it required two other specialists to assist and it was apparent that both of these other professionals deeply respect John as well. The situation was resolved within a few days with minimal disruption to my house and street. I couldn't believe it and as usual, I was more than pleased with the services provided.

John Snyder Plumbing is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I had a plumbing concern and John came over personally. He is courteous, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend him. I will share his name with friends and family. I never do reviews but I had to share how happy I was with this company. As a matter of fact, I started a review yesterday but it apparently didn't go through, so I am doing this again. Thanks again John.
